Very good location. But wouldn’t recommend. Was surprised that it didn’t feel like the staff wanted guests. I have never been to a less friendly hotel. First of all, there are rules for everything: not allowed to bring any food to the room, not allowed to look at fish, not allowed to play quietly in the pool. The fridge in the room is only Cooling/on when someone is in the hotelroom. Only One access card is handed out. And no electricity to charge when not present. We were not allowed to adjust or change the air conditioner, we were guided to just open the door if it’s too cold. The service level was zero, the manager seemed more or less angry and pissed og by everyone and every thing. Breakfast was not anything to mention. Location is very good, the hotel absolutely has the potential for being wonderful. But would never recommend.

Very good location, close to restaurants and shops yet very quiet and peaceful location in the evenings. Clean, spacious room. Friendly staff. Very disappointed to find out that the pool was not in working order. This had been noted on *********** at time of booking however when I contacted the hotel directly, I was assured it had been fixed. Unfortunately, it was unavailable throughout our entire 4 night stay. Air con was noted as an amenity however we were told on arrival that they had disconnected the units since the pandemic, making the heat during the night pretty uncomfortable. Personally, we would not return again due to no air con. However if air con and availability of a pool is not a deal breaker for your holiday, you should consider this hotel for your stay in Desenzano.

Hotel Villa Lilla is a lovely little hotel, 5 minute walk from the train station and another 5 minutes to the lake and old town. Rooms are large and comfortable with good air conditioning and strong WiFi. The small swimming pool is a blessing after a long day sightseeing. Lovely to relax here with an aperole spritz! The hotel owner, Barbara is lovely and very helpful but what what stands out at the hotel is Frank. The service he gives is excellent. He’s so happy to help and offer advice even with his limited English. We liked to return to the hotel in the evening after dinner to sit in the small veranda, sometimes with other guests where Frank would bring us drinks and snacks.

Ci sono stata recentemente e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta: Villa Lilla è un’oasi tranquilla a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Desenzano, le camere sono poche quindi gli spazi comuni e soprattutto la piscina non sono mai affollati in modo fastidioso. Idromassaggio in camera top. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione e snack/piatti pronti per il pranzo buoni. Ci ritornerei!

Purtroppo non siamo potuti soggiornare in questa struttura, non è adatta a persone con problemi di deambulazione, ci è stato detto che c'erano solo 5 scalini, ma non è cosi. Ci abbiamo rimesso pure la caparra, non lo trovo affatto corretto, Abbiamo dovuto cercare un altro alloggio avendo una persona anziana con noi

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questa splendida villa e l'esperienza è stata davvero perfetta. Tutto, dall'accoglienza calorosa, alla camera confortevole, fino alla colazione deliziosa, ha superato le nostre aspettative. Un punto di forza del soggiorno è stato sicuramente Francesco, un collaboratore eccezionale, sempre disponibile, professionale e molto simpatico. Quando abbiamo avuto un problema con la batteria della macchina, sia la titolare che Francesco si sono subito preoccupati e ci hanno offerto il loro aiuto in ogni modo possibile. Consigliamo vivamente questa villa e, senza dubbio, ci torneremo in futuro!

Per il fine anno 2024 abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti presso Villa Lilla è stata una piacevole scoperta, in quanto si trova a pochissimi minuti dal centro, in una posizione ottima è molto carina, curata e molto pulita. I gestori simpaticissimi, molto disponibili. In futuro se dovessimo tornare a Desenzano anche solo per un weekend, torneremo volentieri a Villa Lilla. UN GRANDE GRAZIE A BARBARA E IL SUO STAFF.
