The room was a bit damp and the facilities were simple. My room had no curtains and poor sound insulation. The sounds of washing and flushing toilets in other rooms were very clear, and the lighting in the corridor was very dim.

Falling pieces, to be demolished
It is falling appart.
The tiwerbad had one rib missing and another almost broken.
Thankfully my 10 yearold doughter does not weight much or otherwise she wild have ended on my son that was sleeping below.
I have pictures, but the add pictures in Hotels App does not work.

We chose this hotel just because it had off site parking as we had a hire car. There was NO PARKING AT ALL. We had to park on the street. Our car was broken into the day we checked out & we had everything stolen. Our suitcases and bags. The toilet flush was stuck to the wall with sellotape. The area is very rough, even walking round with my husband I had men whistling at me blowing kisses. Staff unhelpful & just gave me a key so we had no idea where the room was or breakfast. Do not stay here

Not recommended
Not recommended. No air conditioner in room which made room extremely humid and hot. Fan didn’t do much. Woke up in the morning with the floor being wet due to the humidity and condensation. Room also had a slight smell of mould. Was probably not very healthy.

The hotel is located just 10minute walk from the main square. Great location! And also the staff is very helpful and kind. Biggest thank you belongs to Antonio!😊 definitely would go again! Grazie mille!

Booked for 3 nights in September and stayed one. Worn out, dirty, noisy and uncomfortable. Wires hanging from walls, and shower piggy backed onto washandbasin (and filthy) Lord knows why you can't book in until 4pm...it's certainly not because they are cleaning!! Promised a refund after filling in a long form, "within 30 days" but (predictably) none has materialised Sat down the road at the Giardinetto which is lovely (and which came to our rescue after this disaster!! Tri[p Advisor should take this property off their lists

It's a terrible compliment to give it... Completely dilapidated, dirty, smells of mold... indecent room, I wonder how a structure like this can be open!!!

Older structure but ok if you want to spend little given the not low prices in Desenzano. I stayed in a double room with a small terrace, which I liked but I wondered why there was only one chair and there wasn't a table, which was present in the rooms next door. Very kind staff. I don't recommend adding breakfast, it has little variety and almost everything is packaged. Better to just take the room. I would go back
