Desenzano del Garda Hotels with Breakfast

Located at the end of the Desenzano lake but 5 minutes walk from the centre. Dated hotel but almost everything is renovated. Cleaning good as services but some with payments such as spa and indoor pool. A bad breakfast ends at 10. Excellent free parking. Good overall judgement.

We had a great time, we were given a nice clean room with a view of the lake. We really liked the breakfasts, varied and delicious! A wonderful restaurant in the villa for dinners with signature cuisine. Of the minuses, they do not provide water in the room, only in the mini bar in small quantities. Opposite the villa there is a beach! We recommend

The facility is large and comfortable, very clean. The restaurant offers medium-high level cuisine with good service. The rooms are large and all have a large balcony. There is also free parking. Very satisfying experience

In February there are few people, so the room is quiet, you can't even hear the street at all. On Valentine's Day we received a nice gift from the hotel in the form of a postcard and a box of chocolate. Very tasty breakfast. Quality food. Hot dishes: omelet, bacon. Vegetables: cucumber, tomato. Fresh fruit. Chic interior with a bunch of modern little things that are pleasing to the eye. A room with a view of the lake with a large balcony, stylish, in the style of minimalism. New plumbing. Safe. Comfortable large bed, tactilely pleasant linen. Comfortable pillows.

Very comfortable and clean hotel in centre of Desenzano. Good fresh breakfast. Lovely Lake view from roof top terrace. Helpful staff.

Fabulous location, just off the main square and the bars/restaurants. Boats/ferry virtually on the doorstop, so never had to go too far if we didn't want to. Train station about 15 mins walk away, easier downhill, not so quick on the way up with bags! For some reason I was expecting a smaller family run hotel. It seemed to be much bigger than I expected and that 'family feel' was lacking unfortunately. Majority of the time there was no one at reception and other than one staff member (or family) the rest seemed pretty uninterested. The hotel room was brown and although had 2 windows, looked onto the back of the building making the room felt quite dark. It was quiet though as long as the windows were closed and the room was clean. A continental breakfast was included. We were there for a week and unfortunately after the first couple of days there was no fruit available and from day 3/4 most of the breakfast offerings were mostly gone at least half hour before breakfast ended, which led to a few disgruntled guests and a few leaving still hungry. Other than breakfast, we did eat at the hotel a couple of times. The food was nice, though I felt a bit overpriced. Service was good on the first occasion but pretty indifferent on the second occasion. It felt like the owners' priority was on running the restaurants, which were busy, both at lunchtime and evening. The hotel was very convenient but overpriced for what it offered...but then I guess we went peak time...! I don't think I would rebook the hotel if I was to go back to Desanzano.

Big and clean room, good kitchen facilities, friendly staff, we were in the 3rd floor and could enjoy our breakfast in the sunshine and also see the lake. It’s location is convenient for us as it’s just few minutes walk from train station and from the centre (water front).
