I’m in shock of the friendliness of the staff, never been to a hotel like this. Many staff at the lobby but nobody bother to greet the guest. Not just my opinion, all of my friends are in awe of these mind their business staff. Only 10% of the staff is helpful. Just 2 bath towels, no face towels or hand towels. Luckily after my complaint, they provided hand towels. Breakfast is a little bit OK, but coffee isn’t even hot enough to melt the creamer.

Accessible to the beach, quiet and peaceful. Room and facilities wise are not that fantastic… Breakfast is ok, variety is so so…

Overall, the place is reason new and clean. The beach around the hotel is not so fantastic.

Our 2nd stay here. And we love it. This time we bring 4 families together with us. And they are happy with the stay

The hotel is not too bad for the couple room. Just that during checkin around 3+ they told me the rooms were still not ready and I have to wait half an hour. But everything else about the hotel is ok.

Slightly old resort, but the room is spacious, with balcony, a small garden and swing. Direct beach access is available, and with swimming pool, kids' play room. We had a pleasant stay during CNY 2024.

We booked the resort for our honeymoon. Requested for a honeymoon decoration for our room and was not disappointed by it. We received a corner seaview room which has a bit more privacy. Buffet breakfast has a variety of choices. Spent most of the time relaxing by the bar facing the sea. Staff was very friendly. Only downside was the aircon wasn’t strong at times.

Good for family stay and spacious rooms. Food service and restaurants in resort was horrible.

We arrived at the hotel at around 11 am. Despite requesting early check-in, we had to wait until 4 pm. Despite repeated requests, the front desk did not seem to prioritize our check-in, and others arriving later received rooms promptly. Disappointingly, the room was filled with sand, and it took five hours to clean. Additionally, there were bloodstains on the bedsheet, which took three calls to address. The service at the front desk, particularly from female staff, left much to be desired. However, I must commend the waiters for their politeness and service, improving our overall experience.

Overall teramat lah seronok. Breakfast ok, pool ok, beach ok. Kebersihan ok, request semua di layan. Thank you very much and I will repeat

Great beach facing resort, good amenities and family friendly hotel. Swimming pool and beach access are great. We had a peaceful and relaxing stay here. Breakfast and food at spicr and herbs also nice.

Check in slow at the reception counter., but staff are polite and warm. Room is huge, house keeping is great, they pop by to ask if we want to clean room, we stayed 2 nights so didn’t requested to clean. Breakfast area is decent, waiting for table take very long but F&B staff does his best. Replenish food was ok. Overall stay was pleasant.

Nice and spacious room with a mid size pool. Children had a great time there. Minor feedback: 1) Cleanliness need to be improved. Found a dead cockroach outside our toilet upon checking in. 2) Costumer service was rather bad and slow. Ordered room service, however we received our food and drinks ＞ 1.5hrs. When we called they replied due to shortage of manpower and they forget to enter our orders into the system 3) Breakfast served in hotel was average. More room for improvement

We used to stay here when this hotel was under Pulai Desaru Resort. In terms of location, this hotel is near to Penawar town and this make it convenient to shop too. This time round, probably due to school holiday season, the housekeeping was short of manpower and hotel items were not replenished. Breakfast also can be considered moderate. Overall, still a good hotel for families to stay and enjoy the swimming pool as well as the beach.
