For 4 persons stay, only 3 towels given (including amenities). If your room service can check on the booking before preparing for next guests to come and stay, the service will be perfect.
The restaurant breakfast service has lots of rooms to improve like take shorter time to replenish/refill the empty food. For us two days straight, we have to wait for some food plates to refill (around 7:30 am timing). You may say due to lots of guests are coming down for breakfast. If this is the case, you have to make sure you have enough chefs on those peak hours timing.
The pool, distance to beach, room cleaning service, concierge service, counter staff are all in great service and very friendly. It's a big plus point for this hotel.
If breakfast choices and speed of refilling food can improve, next time , I don't mind to stay here again.
