Everything was good, but maybe can extend the pool and some other facilities operating hours at least till 9pm. Overall it was a pleasant experience for us.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The service was warm and welcoming, and all the staff were kind and helpful, which made my stay really comfortable. Communication with the hotel was also excellent—any questions or requests were handled quickly and efficiently. One of the best parts of the stay was the breakfast. There were so many choices, and everything was absolutely delicious! It really added to the overall enjoyment of the trip.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay!

Sea View room is superb. The room, king bed & bathroom is very big & clean. Enjoyed awesome sea & sky view for sun set and sun rise from balcony. Abt 3-5mins walk to the 2 nice swimming pools & the beach. They have shuttle bus to Adventure Waterpark also. Buffet breakfast is superb, a lot of variety. The other 2 restaurants here the food are nice & price is reasonable. Very enjoy & relax to stay here! We will definitely come back again :)

I checked into a room with 2x queen size bed but the bathroom abit slow on drainage. I checked with counter and they changed me to another floor with light fused light bulb, torn laminate that cuts my arm and rusty bathtub. Lastly they change me to another room that stinks although is at level 7. 3d2n I was being changed three times very tiring trip.
Kids club is for maybe up to 4yo. The slightly older kids may not be interested. The game room on level 6 has no movie and no video game only three to four board game.
Their infinity pool was closed for 2days due to high chlorine level. Sad.

Second time at Westin and still love the experience.
I'd like to thank Hezim for his thorough and prompt attention during my stay at Westin. Due to a last minute notice I had to visit another town in Malaysia very early in the morning and had asked him to help with the booking of the taxi service. He took the initiative to ask if I needed breakfast since it was 530am in the morning and would be a 2 h journey. He even checked if I needed a morning call. I appreciated his professionalism and would like to take this chance to thank him and the hotel for the excellent service rendered.

The room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. However, the soundproofing cound be improved, as disturbing noise from the corridor in the early morning was quite noticeable which affected the quality of rest.
Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, but the hygiene fell short of 5-star expectations. Food was left uncovered, flies were present, and staff did not take any action to address the issue.
