As usual my favourite resort in desaru. Suprisingly hotel gave me complimentary decoration and cake for my kids birthday with warm wishes on the mirror. New pool look great and plenty breakfast provided. Will come again for sure

Impromptu staycation for our wedding anniversary. They surprised us with a cake for that. Overall I had an amazing time in Westin. Staffs were wonderful, room dine in was great. Worth the money I would say. Breakfast was amazing. 💚 Love the shower gel and shampoo scent so I bought the whole set to bring home!
One off the mark was because I think there was a leakage infront of our room and it smelt musty on the hallway. But everything else was a top notch 🤍

The hotel room is clean and spacious. The breakfast has a wide variety of food. Kids enjoyed the sand play at the beach. Nice stay.

We had a fantastic stay at The Westin Desaru! The hotel’s impeccable service made our experience truly enjoyable from start to finish. We spent our time cycling around the area, taking in the beautiful coastal views, and later cooled off with a relaxing swim in the pool. The hotel also had great recreational options—we had fun playing ping pong and unwinding after. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious spread with plenty of variety. Overall, a wonderful getaway with excellent amenities and top-notch hospitality. Would definitely return!

Service by the Concierge and entire Hotel team was excellent. My special request to have them prepare something small to help celebrate my wife’s birthday was quickly attended to and they came through well. Definitely recommended for a break from the busy city life.
