The building quite old and give scary impression. However , the staff are all very friendly and helpful , memang rasa duduk resort 4 star. The amenities is ok. The breakfast also good , which have variety of choices. So far everything is good , just need to improve their building to not look scary 😅

Don’t expect much from the complimentary tickets to the waterpark, the facilities are good for kids and family. Adult can just spend like 30 mins there is enough. Luckily we have a very sunny weather to play at the park. The breakfast option was little but the food taste at local standard. A lot of small carnival games are available to kill our evening time. The peacock and swans are something unexpected beautiful to look closely at there.

Westin Desaru had the best value for money, it is spacious enough with 2 pools for usage and has direct walking access to the private beach. Rooms are large and modern, appreciate the friendly service everywhere. Only note was that we had to queue to enter the breakfast place as the hotel occupancy was high. Great quiet and slow paced getaway with friends and family. The hotel was really nice to decorate the room for us as we were celebrating our anniversary ❤️

Beautiful rooms and resort! The infinity pool facing the sea was gorgeous! Our room and toilet were beautiful! The private pool was great but the water can be cold. It would be great if there could be a heater for the pool. There were a lot of insects (but it is understandable due to being surrounded by rainforest) so if you hate insects, do not stay in the rainforest room. We took the ocean room and it was already quite much lol. Our stay was AH-MAY-ZING. It was so private and luxurious. The staff were all very friendly and everyone showered our baby with so much love! We were deeply impressed and if you asked if we were ever going to stay there again, i would say “in a heartbeat!”. Thank you everyone for the amazing stay!
