This is a clean motel. The rooms are clean. Really good housekeeping here. Courteous staff. If I'm ever traveling thru Des Moines again, this will be my place to stay.

There is a party taking place in another room at 4:00 am, tried calling the front desk, no answer. Huge cobweb in the corner. No sleep tonight.

It was excellent as always. Except the window was leaking cold air from the outside along with the heater wasn’t blowing out nothing but warm air so we were cold but other than that it was good!

This place has amazing staff and management. We stay here any time we work too late to travel the hour home. Simple, quiet and clean.

Its been renovated recently and the room was clean. 3 queen beds was nice and it was spacious and included a balcony. The only thing that ****** was there was only 1 mirror and the bathroom was tiny. There were 3 teenage girls so that was a big thing for them.

The room appeared decent at first glance. Went to take a shower and the bathroom had roaches climbing the walls. Almost packed up and left. Made sure i checked my nags thouroughly before i left. Messaged the management staff.

Hotel floors smell on ****. There were people fighting and arguing half the night banging on the walls. Sounded like someone was being thrown across the room. We tried calling the front desk multiple times never got an answer from the front desk. During check in and check out staff seemed to be annoyed by our presence.
