Love the location and the extra sitting room when traveling with family. Place really needs some updating. Our bathroom had a broken door and rust all over the tub. It was probably really nice 20 years ago

The hotel is very nice, there was construction outside our room and it woke us up early. The beds are very uncomfortable and hard as a rock. There were a few flying bugs in our bathroom sink. Other than that it’s a nice hotel

The staff was absolutely amazing, i did get a free upgrade and got the river view which was lovely. The room was very spacious and clean. My only complaint is the ac vents had something resembling mold in them.

They had a very nice breakfast with alot of choices. The beds were to be 2 queens! They were Not. They were 2 double beds that were not comfortable at all. Toilet was leaking and very noisy&shower had mold. Property needs a major update. Front desk were all wonderful! They helped us out alot.

Well when we checked in , we showered. Everything ok, but I tried the remote and they did not work and tried the phone and it did not work either. Went down and told the front desk. She moved us from Room 311 to 322. Ok tv and phone worked. But the Ac condensation line or some thing was plugged floor was extremely wet by bar and bedroom door area. I mopped it up but still was wet due to AC unit working. Told front desk in morning and they would look into it Couldn't refund my card because i used *******. Give me some points and that was that. Property needs a good going over. I think the rooms need a complete inspection and house keeping need to be informed what to look for. Was hoping for an accommodation. But points were all htey could do?

Our room felt "wet" for our 2 night stay. The floor, chairs, couch etc. Cocktail hour & breakfast were fantastic as usual. Will be signing up to be a Hilton member. Room was nice & big, with 3 kids that helps a lot.

The room was spacious and the hotel has a nice ambiance. The bed was pretty uncomfortable but we were only there one night. The kids had fun at the pool!

We were ther for 3 nighta, not once did the coffee in the room get replenished!!!
Dirty towels were left in the bathroom.
Used washcloths were picked up but not replaced!
One of the trash cans was taken from the room! Down to 1 in the main area and bedroom combined!
Bed was made poorly!
We had late checkout, 2pm, but was not communicated that our room key would be shut off at noon. Frustrated when we went to our room to get our stuff!
