No itemized receipt. The hotel just charges whatever they want and you have no idea for what. Cash less amenities bar, anyone can charge to any room without verification. Pretty sure unless there's a $120 charge for nothing, I paid for someone else's stuff.

Wifi didn’t work, tried to use cordless phone in room to get front desk, it had no power, had to call number for hotel online and got an AI Bot that gave me the front desk to get wifi working. Parking onsite is very cramped despite $30 per day charge.

I expected better from for what I paid Room could have been cleaner for what we paid. You can tell that they don’t clean under the beds. There are items, crumbs and dirt under and around the beds and in between the beds and nightstands. We stayed for 3 nights. The garbage cans are so small that it required being changed out the first night we were there and there was something sticky all over the bottom that the garbage bag was sticking to it. It also doesn’t have a microwave, which is pretty standard in most hotels these days. Even the more reasonably priced hotels. I also asked for an hour later checkout because I needed to go over to watch my daughter competing in an event and did not have time with her getting ready, to get my stuff together and out of the room. I was denied that extra hour of time. So after spending an insane amount of money for the weekend, I also had to miss my daughter competing. So thanks for that!!

It was clean, the beds were comfortable & it was convenient for an event at the Wells Fargo arena. The Parking garage under the hotel was awful to park in.

So convenient to the convention center. Also, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The man that checked me in, knew a lot about the area including cost of parking. He was very helpful.

We showed up before the 3p.m. check-in. I was told they had no room in their hotel parking lot, but that we could use the parking garage about a block away. That was ok, but be aware there are vagrants sleeping in the skywalk and areas around the elevator. It was somewhat startling to see this multiple times both days. The smell on one occassion was overpowering and I didn’t feel particularly safe taking children thru this. In the suite that I paid well over $500 a night there were pieces of wall paper that were missing and damage in the room. Not what I expected for a suite at that rate.

Nice hotel if you don’t mind price gouging Overall quality of the hotel was excellent. With the exception of the water pressure and shower door not being able to stay shu. Prices were outrageous for other amenities, such as, parking, vending machine food and drink. A can of Coke cost $5 from their grab and go pantry. It felt like they were taking advantage of their guests by price gouging everything.
