No itemized receipt. The hotel just charges whatever they want and you have no idea for what. Cash less amenities bar, anyone can charge to any room without verification. Pretty sure unless there's a $120 charge for nothing, I paid for someone else's stuff.

The best characteristic of this hotel is the staff, who are so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast is great. The rooms are comfortable with good closets and very nice mattresses and pillows. A very special thanks to Darcy and Kathy who welcomed me every morning to breakfast. Their kind and cheerful demeanor really helped to start my day well.

It was a really nice hotel, was a little bustling with events going on and staff was friendly. Everything was well and seemingly clean other then a pizza box was left in our mini fridge. We threw it out ourselves. We didn't bother making a fuss or caring much cause we didn't stay in the room other then to sleep and to get ready, but would probably stay again because of the skywalk convenience and nice atmosphere walking through.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable! The only hang-up we had was that it wasn’t very clear online that there wasn’t free parking. It wasn’t the end of the world, but still frustrating. Staff was very helpful in finding where we can park for a low cost.

Wifi didn’t work, tried to use cordless phone in room to get front desk, it had no power, had to call number for hotel online and got an AI Bot that gave me the front desk to get wifi working. Parking onsite is very cramped despite $30 per day charge.

I expected better from for what I paid Room could have been cleaner for what we paid. You can tell that they don’t clean under the beds. There are items, crumbs and dirt under and around the beds and in between the beds and nightstands. We stayed for 3 nights. The garbage cans are so small that it required being changed out the first night we were there and there was something sticky all over the bottom that the garbage bag was sticking to it. It also doesn’t have a microwave, which is pretty standard in most hotels these days. Even the more reasonably priced hotels. I also asked for an hour later checkout because I needed to go over to watch my daughter competing in an event and did not have time with her getting ready, to get my stuff together and out of the room. I was denied that extra hour of time. So after spending an insane amount of money for the weekend, I also had to miss my daughter competing. So thanks for that!!
