This property was excellent! Great location, clean and tidy, great amenities! Walking distance to restaurants. Short drive to many attractions and historical sites. Great rooftop patio with views of downtown. Very quiet area. We loved our 3 day stay and would stay again!

Lots of space in smaller footprint
We had a short weekend trip to Des Moines. We typically get a place in the burbs, but wanted something downtown this time. This was a good choice and will likely do it again. Clean, quite considering on Grand Ave., nice appliances, etc. Very nice to have private garage. Beds were a hair firm for me, but not bad. Not an issue for our group, but for those less mobile folks there are lots of stairs. My only knock is that in Iowa there are many more cooler nights than warm and it would be a huge benefit to add a small fire/heat insert to the rooftop patio. This is a key feature of the place for us, but a little to cool for everyone to sit out there and enjoy it. Overall, really good option and enjoyed it!

Great location to recharge
Perfect place to catch up with friends - walking distance to great breweries and food. Great roof top spot to talk and catch up. Fabulous communication with organizer.
