We stayed there a whole month. The rooms are nice but the furniture in the living room is shabby. The Kitchen was OK. Unlike the former reviews: there was very weak wi-fi (hardly 40k pbs) and this problem was not solved during the whole month. Cleaning service was only twice a week and not as promised. There is no bar and no breakfast that were described by reviews in the past. The manager stays in the other Alissachni hotel 3 kms away and we did not see her at the place at all. In fact, on the internet, there is no clear distinction between the Alissachni Seaside hotel- a new and fancy establishment - and the Alissachni apartment Hotel - so it is quite misleading at times. Good things: the apartment is close to the beach and to several nice restaurants and Cafes. Bedrooms are nice and so is the balcony. The parking lot is rather small and sometime you end up parking outside.

Nice place & room, which was very functional, with an elevator from the car park.
The room has a view on the main street & seaside...might a bit more noisy than elsewhere.

Τέλειο!! Το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, άνετο και όμορφα διακοσμημένο. Μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα στη θάλασσα. Η καθαριότητα καθημερινή!! Προσωπικό κάτι παραπάνω από ευγενικό, μόνιμα χαμογελαστό και φιλόξενο! Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο του χωριού. Αφήσαμε το αυτοκίνητο στο parking και με τα πόδια πηγαίναμε εύκολα παντού. Η φανταστική παραλία του Δερβενίου είναι σε απόσταση αναπνοής. Χαλαρό ποτό το καλοκαιρινό βραδάκι στο roof garden με το ιδιαίτερο στυλ. Περάσαμε φανταστικά και σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε!! Από τις πιο ωραίες διαμονές που έχουμε κάνει! Ευχαριστούμε!
