Everything was great. Nice and clean. The only thing is at breakfast everything was fine or low. Nothing for filled for over 45 minutes. Several guest coming In to eat and no food. Lady at the front desk had to come over to start filling things. Other than that everything was great.

Not Too Bad We stayed for one night in a suite. Location is perfect since its close to Hershey Park and Chocolate World. It appears that there is staff shortage. Took a while for someone to come to the front desk to check us in, and same experience checking out. Room was spacious and clean, equipped with full kitchen dishwasher, microwave, stove, full sized refrigerator. Truly appreciated the hot breakfast options and the friendly staff in the dining. The major issues were the toilet( very dated and very slow flushing) which ended up being clogged. Bathtub had rust in some areas and the tub drained very very slowly.
