The hotel is very nice, the environment is good, I can't accept the taste of pickled grapes in breakfast, everything else is OK

Was really excited to be staying in a cave hotel but was very disappointed. The rooms were supposedly carved out of the rock but it was clear that they were designed to give this concept. The plaster/rock powder was coming off the walls, so walking on the floor was very gritty. I had a big double bed, two large armchairs and another bed. The bathroom even though it was big and the shower was huge (twin shower heads) the water pressure was minimal. Those with long hair couldn’t wash and rinse your hair under this shower, the water was either cold or barely warm. The containers with the toiletries were empty…! We stayed two nights and our rooms weren’t cleaned, we weren’t told this. Breakfast-very poor selection of food, and poor quality. For example the fruits were all wizened and at the point of going off. On the final morning we were leaving early, so they gave us a breakfast box - probably the worst breakfast box I have ever received. Juice, inedible bread roll and an apple.

A very sweet hotel at the best location, in the heart of Urgup town, within a neighbourhood where you can wander the streets and get lost in time. A very nice historical Turkish bath in front of it, not to be missed. Nicely decorated comfortable room and delicious breakfast! Host Ayshegul is outstanding! Her warm welcome and detailed organisations made our stay a memorable one!

Awesome just awesome. Very spacious. Air conditioning pumped. They do laundry (although a little expensive). Dark given it's kind of in a cave/hotel. Round bed was a novelty, which we found hard to get used to, but it was a bit of a lark. Very private and secure.

We had an amazing stay there with my wife. Very kind staff members , especially Go’rkem , helped a lot with everything. Very esthetic place! Also , I was deeply satisfied with the serfice they offered. Also , breakfast was also delicious and Turkish.

Nice little place. Friendly helpfully staff. Great breakfast with lots of fresh local food. Easy walk to lots of nice restaurants. Room large a comfortable. The room was a rock cave, cool but with air conditioning. There are some rock stairs but the staff are very helpful in carrying our bags. We are in our 70s.

Дуже дякуємо за теплий прийом. Дуже затишне та комфортне місце для відпочинку. Дякуємо. Обов’язково повернемося сюди ще! Тихі кімнати , прекрасні тераси для відпочинку ввечері. Дуже близько до центру. Все дуже нам сподобалось. Сніданок був смачний.

It was a great overall experience. Mr Anil was a great host and made sure our stay was comfortable at all times. He is very polite and humble. From heating our leftover foods at midnight to suggesting great places to eat, he did everything to keep us satisfied.

The staff are all very helpful and kind. Thank you for making my stay so easy and comfortable . Savas speaks excellent english.. Spacious rooms in a cave hotel! The breakfast was authentic and delicious.
