酒店屬於洞穴式裝修，庭院，休閑平台，屋頂露台都很別緻，衞生也很好，沒有死角，到處都很乾乾淨凈，值得點贊，早餐也不錯，衹是平常喝開水有點問題，不是特別便利，老闆也還是給燒水喝，但是不如自己燒水，或者是有現成的開水方便。

Amazing place with a fabulous rooftop that you can see all the city
The staffs were amazing, helpful, generous, and so kind.

Clean, tidy, and lovely place with huge terrace/rooftop providing beautiful view of Urgup. The staff were super helpful and the service was just amazing and made my 3 nights stay wonderful. Definitely recommend it

I liked all the different areas and terraces in this hotel. It's been run by this family for many years and the decor is delightful but not overdone. Great views from the terraces, helpful hosts and alwaysa clean table at breakfast. It's easy to find restaurants a short walk away in the centre of Ürgüp. The hotel hosts were kind and helpful. Each room had a difference - view, balcony or not, terrace area, shape and size. The plants in the entrance courtyard were pretty. Everything neat and tidy and well run.
