Stayed at the Aston Court Hotel for one night. On arrival, the reception staff was very good and quickly got me checked in. The room was nice but did have a bit of a musty smell when I first entered but after having left the window open for a bit was ok. Good secure free car park at rear. All in all a nice stay and great location. Thank you.

It took half an hour to stay, although the attitude is very good
It is equivalent to the domestic Hanting, the appliances are complete but very old
Bathtub plus points, but the shower is immovable
The heating is very warm but cannot be fixed
The mattress is very high, it's supported.
The speed of the network is very slow, too slow, the corridor and the room have a musty smell.
9.5 Breakfast for pound is average, but the service attitude is quite good, and you can pack a breakfast.
Hot water bottles and coffee and tea bags are also great

Excellent
GGuest UserStayed for two nights in this beautiful country hotel. A very warm welcome on arrival and then shown to a beautiful large room, The Kedleston. It had everything you could wish for and a very comfortable bed. I was staying to visit relatives nearby but it would make an excellent base for exploring the area. Kedleston Hall, National Trust is on the doorstep and a must to visit. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious, I didn’t eat in the evenings but the menu looked really good and if breakfast was anything to go on it will be fabulous. I will definitely return to stay and also take my family to the restaurant. Thank you to all your excellent staff for a very enjoyable stay.
GGuest UserVery good, highly recommended if you drive by yourself. The experience is very good, hygienic and atmospheric, the breakfast is also rich, and there is a swimming pool.
GGuest UserLovely location, (pretty village) lovely grounds and impressive entrance. However, we weren’t in the main hotel. The room was large but old fashioned. The roof sloped at the sides which we banged our heads on several times. The window was small which made it stuffy and it was very dark, no main light in the bedroom only lamps. Bed was king size and comfortable. The room and bathroom was clean. We used the restaurant once for dinner and we had 2 breakfasts and the food was nice and reasonable priced. Breakfast was self service (as ours was included) with a good and plentiful variety. The staff were friendly and helpful but professional. We didn’t use the pool in the end as it meant going outside and back inside, as our room was not connected to a covered route to the pool.
Nothing really to complain about but we did expect the room to be a bit more luxurious. Slightly overpriced for the room. I expect the price was based on the available amenities.
GGuest Userfriendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean, with modern amenities and comfortable rooms. The location is also excellent, being conveniently located near attractions and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value and an enjoyable stay in [Location].
GGuest UserWe had a beautiful 1 night stay at the leonardo derby. Wonderful room, polite and courteous service from all staff. Will stay again for sure! 🥰
JJam007Not too bad, apart from the construction going on in the hallways on our floor and longer walks to the lift and exit stairs, breakfast is reasonable, nice lady Honey, the breakfast staff nice staff, reception staff is good, room is good. Nice view.
GGuest UserWe had a great trip for my sister's hen do weekend!
The hotel is a fantastic place to stay with a great pool (one jacuzzi wasn't working on our trip), a gym, restaurant and a bar! The room we had was very clean, though the windows needing updating as there was at times some noise from outside which could of been blocked out with better windows. The amenities in our room were ok, our shower was very poor and we had to ask a few times for our beds to be bed and our teas and coffees to be topped up. The breakfast was delicious in the morning though it had obviously been very busy as nearly every table was a mess. The breakfast could definitely benefit from adding options for people who are vegan or gluten free as these options were not available during our stay. Overall our stay was fantastic and the beds were incredibly comfortable ! With a few additions and changes this could of been a 10/10 stay but we were definitely stay again!
Thank you!!
SSinjyNot the best view from the very large ground floor window. Thankfully slightly obscured by the mould on the glass but the last time I saw windows this big directly on to a public car park was in Amsterdam in a certain coloured district.
