We had a private hire meal for a group of 13 for a friend's 40th birthday. The venue is beautiful and requires very little dressing (they provided the linens and candles). The food was very tasty, fresh, well presented and reasonably priced. A big shout out to Zoe and Kimbereley who went above and beyond to look after us. They are brilliant and Zoe makes the best brownies I've ever had! I haven't stayed overnight (yet) but have seen some of the rooms and they are stunning. They have a cute garden too. I would definitely recommend for private hire and for their pop up restaurant nights (I've been to a few!). The Coachouse is a definite gem of Derby!

This is a lovely old house . It must be great in the summer. I enjoyed the breakfast which was clearly freshly cooked. Fresh fruit would be a good addition. The rooms are lovely but I found mine dark and cold. Also I found the bed too soft and uncomfortable. The parking is a problem.

Very comfortable room, friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast. (We had room no 1 at the back of the main house, overlooking the garden.) The rooms in the main house are reached by quite a long steep flight of stairs. For anyone with mobility difficulties, they do have ground floor rooms in the annexe.

We recently had our wedding at the Coach House and had a wonderful day with them. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us.The setting for our small relaxed wedding was perfect and all our guests had an equally fabulous experience. Staying overnight was a treat .This is a true boutique hotel (quirky? Possibly)) personal and attentive definitely. Rounded of with a lovely leisurely breakfast with friends Thanks to all for making our wedding so very special

Perfect stay and location for my overnight visit for a family gathering. I reserved a parking spot due to my poor mobility at the front of The Coach House. Check in was very smooth, very polite staff. Room lovely and clean. Nice big towels. USB plug socket. Requested an earlier breakfast as i needed to get up and off. Just what i needed.

We had a great weekend stay for a wedding at West Mills nearby. Very welcoming and friendly, really good breakfast and lovely rooms. We were arriving late, but check in was made very easy for us. The chocolate brownie is incredible! Thank you!

We were an extended friends and family wedding party. From booking to arrival- to during our stay to check out Zoe was so attentive and accommodating. Service, breakfast and attention to detail was excellent and I thoroughly recommend staying there.

The rooms are well presented and breakfast is great. The parking is quite tight but adequate. Lovely lounge room to relax. Pubs and restaurants nearby for dinner. The staff were very helpful and had a comfy stay. The location is great for visiting Derby.
