Travelled with my partner, for a stay after an event locally, had an amazing time at both the hotel & the event. The Hotel breakfast was lacking as there was no options for the included hot breakfast, but there was cold variations, and some toast. I am lactose intolerant so I was not able to drink a coffee in the morning, or even have cereal or scrambled eggs, or toast. However, the general experience of the hotel, has and always will be wonderful, the beds are comfortable, the tv was an ample size & in an appropriate location, the view was beautiful. I have been here on many occasions over the last 18 months, and it seems the breakfasts over a year ago were better than they are now. I will be returning.

Room was clean, but could hear everything going on next door as the walls are not very sound absorbing. Good was very good and the staff very friendly, would recommend as a really good dining experience and a quality budget hotel………………………..

The single room has got a dim 0W lamp with no other lights working in the room. No power socket to charge my phone. Internet details provided by the reception doesn’t exist. I still give 2 and not 1, because it has a bed in the bedroom. Furniture inside the room is like a roadside shelter somewhere in a third world country.

This is a small good value hotel. The rooms are basic and a little dated decor wise but immaculately clean with tea and coffee making facilities, TV and wifi. Full English breakfast is included as well as a cold buffet. The staff are all friendly, helpful and efficient. There is a car park to the rear of the hotel and a good Indian restaurant on site. Although a good value hotel, the experience feels like a 5*.

Really great staff, the hotel is a little older as reflected in price,full English breakfast available just don’t leave it till the end as hotel cannot afford waste so don’t overfill the pots. We would definitely stay again. Great views if you get a high room at rear.
