Apart from the rude awakening of the fire alarm going off at 6.45am everything was excellent, comfortable, clean and in a good location for amenities.

Perfect for staying overnight after watching Sarah Millican at Derby Arena. Less than a 10 min walk. So relieved we stayed there after seeing the traffic queues to and from the arena.
2 min walk to Frankie & Benny’s for food. Excellent friendly service from everyone we met on reception. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Lovely and clean and modern. Decent price for rooms and parking. Would definitely recommend it.

Great value stay with friends after a night out in Derby. Rooms spacious and clean. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the breakfast chef, nothing too much trouble for her, thank you. Good selection of hot and cold food. Great location next to the river and all the shops in the retail park areas near the stadium.

A good stay, I'm a regular guest and the bar area has recently been refurbished tobachigh standard. The room was clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful. A good location for the railway station and the city centre.

This has always been a great place to stay, made even better since the refurb. We stay here for the Download festival, and Teresa and her staff always make you feel welcome. Car parking is payable, but very cheap for the area. Rooms very clean and well maintained. They make sure for the festival that extra touches, such as bags for your boots, and a late bar and food is on. Nothing is too much trouble if you ask. Spot on.

I am a regular here and i have to say the staff are amazing and very welcoming, Rebecca and Ellie are more than accommodating when on shift. The happy hour offer is great and the rooms are always clean! Great location I couldn't ask for me. Thank you

Greeted and checked in by AYO lovely receptionist really helpful on check in, lovely clean room comfortable stay, credit to all the house keepers room was spotless. Rang up for ground floor Room on end of corridor really quiet stay. Thank you to the staff excellent hotel after refurb will be back again soon
