I stay at Premier Inns frequently because I like their offering for the cost. This was a very good example. Staff were very helpful, beds comfortable, showers excellent, breakfasts plentiful and high quality. I'd commend Louise in particular, who did everything with a smile.

Room was your standard premier inn experience but the 5 star review is for the breakfast experience. Our little boy has multiple food allergies, so navigating eating out is always a bit tricky. Staff here could not have been more accommodating though. They ensured his food was cooked separately in a cleaned down area of the kitchen. Made to feel no trouble at all. Service was great generally which makes such a difference.

Lovely stay at Derby East for my university graduation. Perfect location for visiting Pride park and Derby arena. Darren and Chloe were both brilliant during our stay, amazing service and very accommodating! Thank you!

On arrival at the hotel there had been a mix up with my hotel booking with my work. Chloe on reception was so helpful, making sure I could get a room sorted, providing me with the ability to connect to the ultimate WiFi so I could book the room via my phone. She was polite and professional, a great asset to the team at Derby East. Thank you Chloe

No air conditioning, even with the fan the heat in the room was unbearably hot which made sleeping impossible. No duvet was on the bed so couldn't cover areas wanted to protect from fan blowing. Bed was a double rather than king and not comfortable. Staff were friendly and couldn't fault them but wouldn't stay again due to the other factors above.

Although no air conditioning in the hotel , the fans in the room were not only extremely dirty they were like a toy. When asked fir another fan , we were told there are other guests still to arrive.

Excellent value for money. Room very clean and had meal deal which again was excellent value. Chloe and Riley were very friendly and helpful staff. Well managed hotel. Would come back again and best part is it is close enough to East Midlands Airport to travel but not too close as the aircraft noise keeps you awake.
