Tha staff we're friendly very helpful. The place spotless. There's not a lot more I can possibly say but I'll be back and I would recommend this travelodge too anyone.

First room allocated and the tv didn’t work but staff kindly moved me to another room. Unfortunately the next morning at 8:30am there were workmen in the corridor replacing the ceiling tiles so there was loud hammering, drilling and sawing. The hotel manager refunded me 1 night stay but I don’t understand why they would use the rooms if there was repairs going on. Leaving the room I had to step over paint pots and tools.

Desperately lacking in any character. The most basic room I’ve ever stayed in, had to ask to borrow a hairdryer, bathroom akin to a hospital. Clean but way too functional and basic. Not even a bedside table. Staff polite. Bar area with zero atmosphere right by reception, rowdy clientele. Many better options for same price.

For a hotel close to Derby Cricket Ground the room was ok but very small bath room and shower Bar and restaurant did not accept American Express which is the only form of payment my company use so had to pay out my own pocket Parking and location good but payment wise not good

It was an uncomfortable hot night with a fan instead of aircon. Thankful for the fan but needed the aircon. Room was comfortable enough and quiet.

Whenever we are visiting family in the Derby area, we always choose this Travel Lodge for its location, lovely friendly & helpful staff and the free parking

The air con was faulty and our room wasn't the only one. Had to change rooms because of this. No hand towels or bath mat, bit weird. Booked a double room but had extra beds making room very tight. Just felt it was tired and needed a bit of TLC. Not worth the money paid unfortunately

Here for just one night, room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and enjoyed a good nights sleep. TV channel choice was poor (but that's not the end of the world) and the shower was large and the water a nice temperature, even if the shower head was tiny. Would use again, large car park is a definite plus, friendly and welcoming staff on arrival.
