Motel Bijele Vode

Ater hiking in the Kozara hills around the remarkable giant memorial of the 1942 battle we ended up in this modern, spacy and pleasant restaurant. It is usually fully booked on sunny weekends, mostly families with children. The various sorts of meet and "ustipci" were great, super big portions, Jelen draft beer - the only fault was the long wait.

Booked the hotel for a day We arrived at 6 in the afternnon,they told us that spa room has some problems and it will be open only for 2 more hours,instead of 4.We said that 2 hours were enough BUT they didnt mention that the heated pool is not working at all.The water was ice cold,outside heated pool ofcourse was closed.At the same moment we were 10 people taking turns in the only jacuzzi available. FOOD: later we went to eat,we took some meat and in disappointment the food didnt smell so good and the meat was old. Later another couple told us that they found hair in their food and while they went on the kitchen to complain,they found there a female cook smoking and cooking at the same time. ROOM : the room was average,the bed very soft for our standards.We laid to sleep at 22.00,at 22.30 we heard drilling on the walls. At 23.00 we started callin the "24h" reception.Nobody picked up.We dressed and we went down to check what is happening. We found another couple there as well waiting for explanation.Nobody came to the reception for 10 min so we followed the sound on the basement(spa area) ,to find in suprise 2 workers drilling at 23.00 the pool to fix the problem.AT ELEVEN OCLOCK AT NIGHT AT A 4 STAR HOTEL,WORKERS WHERE DRILLING THE FLOOR. They told us that they cant help us etc etc and kept going. Eventually at 23.45 they stopped and we tried to sleep. We woke up in the morning amd we went straight to complain. From 120 euros they gave us a discount and we paid 102 euros. We didnt use the spa,we didnt sleep,we didnt eat good and we paid 100 euros for this wonderful experience. I wish this was a fake comment but its not.UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE.Thank you Bijele spa,we know what to avoid in our next trip.
