Our room at Starlight Courtyard was spotless and incredibly comfortable. It's perfect for stargazing on clear nights and enjoying the sound of the rain on wet days. They also offer various entertainment options, including billiards, KTV (karaoke), and a dedicated card/board game room. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, providing attentive service and offering great tips for local sightseeing. We even had a pleasant chat over tea with them. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

About the room: clean, really comfy bed. Shower was great (strong water pressure which was rare in mountain hotel). Coffee capsules were of good quality- handy when wanting to enjoy a cuppa first thing in the morning with a mountain view. Hotel location: quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of town centre which was perfect for a relaxing holidays. Local Chinese food restaurants were only 15 mins walk away. Easy to get Didi to go nearby town too. Also, it’s easy to get to multiple hiking trails in the area. Service: overall is fine. Staff was flexible and accommodating to meet guests’ needs. However, much improvement is needed for housekeeping as it was not done for one of the days during my stay and I had to ask for it at the end of the day. And water and coffee was not automatically replenished on certain days. Other than those minor incidents, the service and staff’s hospitality was good. Food: great breakfast. Restaurant menu was decent. But it will be nicer to have offerings like sandwiches for a light lunch option.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I’m already planning to return in October. What I love most about this place is its stunning location — nestled against the mountains and surrounded by peaceful bamboo forests. The view is simply breathtaking. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a spring water bath, swimming pool, tea lounge, and a cozy restaurant serving delicious meals. The rooms and shared areas were clean and well-maintained. Most of all, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful, relaxing weekend — a true escape into nature and tranquility.

I booked this B&B after reading online recommendations. It felt good to stay there for 3 days and 2 nights. The overall decoration of the B&B has a sense of design. The interior decoration style is elegant and generous. The wooden furniture, lamps and other decorations in the room are in harmony with the interior decoration style. The sanitary ware is ROCA, and the washing supplies are L'Occitane, both of which are my personal favorite brands. The most important thing is that the room is clean and hygienic, the breakfast tastes good and the presentation is exquisite. Then there are the housekeepers who are serious and responsible, enthusiastic, polite and very measured. Thanks to the housekeeper for upgrading to the Loft Mountain View Room, which made our family of three's stay more comfortable, and also gave us tea from our own tea garden as a souvenir.

It is a bit outside the village where a bus stop is. The hosts are very friendly even brought us to Moganshan town by car. The view from the balcony is great. I could even use their pool for a swim and this in November. The breakfast is homemade by the landlord. If you want to feel real Chinese hospitality than this is the right place. Good value for price. The only thing is there aren’t any restaurants or shops close by but if you like the countryside and nature then come here

The hotel is on the mountain, so the view is awesome. The host was helpful and polite. Hot springs were very beautiful and I enjoyed my bathing there. The room was very clean, there was everything inside. I liked to eat my breakfast on the terrace with mountains view. Could even see the sunset there in the evening.

Moganshan experienced sunshine, cloudy days and drizzle on the 3rd day I also enjoyed the tranquility of the mountains, heard the whisper of the stream, the delicious breakfast, and the home-like service at the hotel. Although it is a B&B, all the hardware is comparable to five-star The smallest details are even better than five stars Mattress and bedding deserve praise again and again The movie of the weekend turned out to be Pride and Prejudice (Austen fans shed tears) Everything reflects the store's taste Miss Jia lives up to her name, she is sweet and reserved, but her service is excellent. The gentlemen were also very considerate. We forgot a charger and clothes. It also reminds us in time They also gave us pertinent suggestions for our trip. Let me summarize first: super five stars! Great! First of all, when you come to Moganshan, you want to live in the mountain forest. It is completely surrounded by layers of bamboo forests and woods, a secret place to hide from the world! Moreover, you can make a reservation one day in advance to drive into the mountains, so that you can have fun driving around the mountains in the evening, which is cool and saves effort! The first choice for raising children! Secondly, the service is absolutely superb! I stayed in so many homestays that I developed a bit of PTSD. The owner of this restaurant is a great communicator. He contacted me in advance to purchase tickets and routes up the mountain, and also provided answers to various difficult questions (for example, I, a player who has never lost my way, asked for help when I got lost). There was a thunderstorm in the evening, and the boss sent a housekeeper to pick him up with an umbrella. It was so embarrassing. The group of people walked through the mountains and forests and met a cute big frog🐸. Again, when it comes to facilities, it’s really the ceiling, the decoration aesthetic is great, the shower water pressure is great, and the most noteworthy thing is that the mattress is very supportive! I, a contestant who had to sleep on a hard bed after surgery, actually slept quite comfortably throughout the night! The mattress is a bit expensive, so I secretly asked the boss for 3W customization, otherwise I would have to take it home in a minute, hahaha! Finally, the location is great and the views are amazing. The location is 300 meters away from Chairman Mao's hotel. As soon as you open your eyes, the room is filled with green, colorful green! The depth of field is also from far to medium to near, which is really rare on Mogan Mountain (I also concluded this after checking in at every beautiful place around the mountain). I hope I can come to Moganshan again next season and come here~

In the early morning, I was awakened by the clear singing of birds. I opened the window and the fresh air filled with the fragrance of soil, flowers and plants blew in my face, and all I could see was green. The carefully tended flowers and plants in the courtyard are colorful and swaying in the wind, like a flowing painting, which makes people feel relaxed and happy and instantly forget the fatigue of the journey. 🛏️Comfortable accommodation: The room is warmly and elegantly decorated, from the soft and comfortable big bed, neat and clean bedding, to the unique decorative ornaments, every detail reveals the landlord's intentions. The texture of the bedding is excellent. Sleeping on it feels like being gently wrapped by clouds and having a good night's sleep. The house is well-lit. During the day, sunlight shines through the gauze curtains onto the floor, creating mottled light and shadows, creating a lazy and comfortable atmosphere. It is also fully equipped with air conditioning, TV, private bathroom, and a stable supply of hot water, so there is no need to worry about washing, giving people the convenience and comfort of home. 💁♂️ Thoughtful service: The landlord is super hospitable. From patiently answering various questions during booking to caring after check-in, it makes people feel warm. Not only did they prepare local snacks and detailed travel guides for us, but they also reminded us to add or remove clothes and bring rain gear according to weather conditions. If you encounter any difficulties during your trip, you can get help quickly by contacting the landlord. This thoughtful service really adds a lot to this trip. 🎉Rich experience: The homestay also has a public leisure area where you can make tea around the stove. In the evening, everyone sits together to chat, share their travel stories, and make new friends, which adds a lot of different fun to this journey. In short, this accommodation experience is perfect and I highly recommend it to friends who want to travel. I believe you will fall in love with this place when you come! 💕 Next time I travel, I will definitely choose here without hesitation!

Check-in at the hotel was seamless. It's also EV-friendly, with charging stations available on B2 downstairs. Despite its mountain location, the weather was scorching hot, making outdoor activities during the day impossible. So we decided to spend our time enjoying the hotel's amenities. Thankfully, there was a wealth of activities to choose from: a swimming pool, hot springs, sauna, a kids' splash pool, and a playground. Adults could even play billiards, which was a huge plus. In the evening, we could walk just two minutes to the main resort area, where we took a cable car up the mountain to enjoy attractions like the Cloud Coaster and Glass Drifting. Overall, the experience was fantastic, making it an excellent choice for a family trip. The breakfast spread was also quite generous. We'll definitely be back!
