酒店很乾凈~ 住得很舒服~ 前台服務人員秀外慧中，服務態度也很好，提前了一些到本來不確定能否入住但也協助提前找到了理想房間入住，並主動問是否需要刮鬍刀，服務及時，離開時也主動遞水；酒店的地理位置也非常好，地氣好，很便捷。

住過全國最爛的全季，沒有之一了，基本沒有服務可言！因為房間沒有桌子，讓前台幫忙換個帶桌子的房間，前台小姐姐可能看我不順眼給她找麻煩了，安排了應該是全酒店最小的桌子和最小的房間，進去還先被蟲子咬，這和訂單頁描述的及不相符。

差勁，住的最差的嗎，沒有之一，床單有飛蟲，還不少，床單還有股黴味，開門一股煙味，灰塵也很多，洗澡沒有防滑墊，居然洗澡拖鞋也沒有，就這樣價格能收383，真是黑，房間也小，總共三層，弄一百多個房間，看着擠和壓抑，不浪費一分地，窗户關上外面車子聲音大的很，隔音差的很，毛巾也感覺不乾淨，直接拿來墊地上吸水，很不推薦，還節假日漲價，唯一欣慰的是早餐還行一點點！

作為常年出差，也喜歡旅遊的人，我住過的酒店不算多也不算少了，並不是個很講究很矯情的人，這是用攜程以來七八年時間給出的第一條差評。
問題一：衞生堪憂，第一晚入住時發現杯子根本沒有洗過，裏面不光有噁心的液體，還有很多肉眼可見的污漬，不指望你多乾淨，但是這麼噁心實在不像話
問題二：請前台開水單，第一次是下午五點多，説要等一等，我説不急，我先去吃飯；一小時後回來，問開好了嗎？前台説電腦慢，讓我先上去，開完機器人給我送上來，等到晚上九點多，我第三次下樓，發現還是沒有開，交班的前台在閑聊，我再三催促才現場開了，一分鐘的事情而已，合著你們有時間閑聊，沒時間開？我不問就不給了是吧？
問題三：今天一早回了上海，有快遞寄到酒店我沒有拿，於是致電前台，請他們拿一下，我自己叫順豐上門，前台説找一下，十秒鐘之後便説，找不到，你讓快遞自己來找！
我真的太無語了，我快遞都自己叫了，衹是請你們拿出來而已！都是這種態度，後面經理解釋説，前台就一個人，跑不開，那你是不是可以説先把我的訊息記錄下來，事後再找一找呢？酒店快遞能有多少？找一下佔用不了你們多少時間吧？而且幫助客人收發快遞，本身就是酒店的職責所在啊。
衞生、開水單、找個快遞，以上三點，我沒有一點是非分的要求，但是每一條都感受到了這家酒店管理的差勁、前台對客人對工作的厭煩，不給一個差評實在是對不起那些認認真真做酒店的人，也希望這家店好自為之，這麼討厭你的工作，那就趁早別了。
