前置聲明：本評論基於事實，無誇大，無虛構，本人為此負責，請店家不要嘗試通過賠償等交換條件申請刪帖，但店家有權解釋。雷點：1.房號101，與一樓門廳前台僅一牆之隔，且未做額外隔音處理，有內聲外傳、私隱泄露之虞，且事實性地在晚上11點睡眠時間被大廳娛樂之其他客人所擾，難以入眠，令人憤怒。早上7點又被大嗓門的問話遊客驚醒，讀者可以自行體會。2.其他所有房間皆有房卡，唯有該房間採用鑰匙鎖門。3.衞生間百葉窗右下角有彎折損壞，該窗斜對餐廳（距離相當近）洗澡時間正有人用餐。4.衣櫃內被褥隨意團成一坨放置，兼有雜物。5.枕芯有沒洗乾淨的咖啡漬。6.一樓無線網絡是各個房間共用，導致信號不太穩定，投屏會自動斷聯，看節目則難以加載。7.無護髮素，卻在訂房軟件中標有，對長髮女性消費者不友好。8.明明101的綜合條件很差，不如201，卻比201價格更高，令人費解。合格點：1.共訂2晚，因星空樂園未正常營業，決定改變行程衹住一晚，商家全額退了第二晚費用。2.窗外景色尚可。3.以較好的態度更換了枕頭。總結：出現這樣的結果，沒有人希望看到。原因衹有一個，那就是商家的業餘。給商家的建議：101應該用做工作人員住房。給其他消費者的建議：絕對不要選擇一樓房間。

首先是店家人特別好 特別和善！這次來非常匆忙 導致沒能在走之前取到寄到酒店的快遞 店家特別熱心幫我寄到我現在的地址 萬分感激🙏
雖然衹住了一個晚上 但是問了店家好多問題 不管大事小情 回覆都特別及時❤️
其次是想誇誇環境。院子裏有秋千 有泳池 有蟬鳴 有鳥語。院子望出去層層疊疊的綠 滿山野的治癒
