We are very happy. The arrival startet with a warm welcome. As the hotel isn’t that easy to find. The owner picked us up, led us trough the registration process and while we were waiting the cute and active dog Henry was so kind and played with us. As we wanted to use the time in the morning for a little walk/hike, they prepared our breakfast around noon, so it felt more like being part of the family than just a guest.

Very convenient location yet private and quiet, decor of the place has a lot of personality with the owner collecting and restoring furniture and artworks. Most important thing, super good people, very warm, friendly and helpful! 100%recommended, I will go back for sure!

What a wonderful hotel and wonderful woman that runs the place, she is very friendly and able to talk well through WeChat, as I have no Chinese
This is a place of interesting historical relevance for The area as Kai-Shek’s best friend lived there.
The garden is lovely and relaxing. The place itself is just off the main square and seconds from many great places to eat.
We would love to go back.

踩着假期的尾巴住進了自己期待已久的莫幹山花園洋房，驚喜接一連二！首先住處本身就是歷史名人故居：黃郛最後的隱居之所，意外的是酒店主人憑着滿滿的天分妙手回春破敗空盪的舊房，不但完整復原當時民國時期的房屋內飾，也難能可貴的修舊如舊保留了所有經典外飾！即便如我已經看遍滬上及國內大部分古舊建築也不得不驚歎！果然高手在民間！
住過很多古建築改造的民宿，這家讓我流連忘返，如果你想來追溯民國風情和探索深刻的人文歷史，來這裏就對了！
其他大家關心的餐飲交通核酸點問題都不在話下，美女老闆的手工餛飩早餐美味可口，住宿旁邊就是莫幹山排名第一的網紅餐廳：金魚媽媽，報老闆娘名號還有折扣哦！（可見老闆娘魅力不小），位置在文化廣場，廣場設有核酸點，酒店走過去5分鐘。
對於住店客人來説最超值的地方就是可以完全免費參觀裏面的歷史博物館，另外酒店對寵物友好，裏面的帥狗狗：哈利真的太可愛了，帶給我許多的歡樂！
在這短暫的莫幹山旅程中，非常感謝美女老闆和温婉善良能乾的小女兒一直的盛情款待！特別是意外颱風天臨時多住了一晚，美女老闆一聲回來吧讓自己感到重回温暖的家，人生如旅，來去匆匆，但因為有這些可愛善良的人們，旅程才會化成最美的花火，值得鐫刻與回憶！
祝領地越來越優秀！期待下一次和你們重逢！

很不錯的體驗～個人，情侶，家庭都有可選的房型，還能享受山中庭院別墅的風景
【交通】非常便利，離莫幹山旅遊集散地5分鐘車程，打車方便，行李不多的話步行也可以接受，老闆空時也可以開車接～此外，民宿就在庾村廣場旁邊，逛逛吃喝一條街滿足吃貨的需求～
【住宿環境】鬧中取靜，雖臨近廣場但住在山坡庭院內，安靜舒適，客人也不多，院內能遠眺到裸心古堡！這間民宿相比別家更有文化特色，是黃郛舊居改造，住客也能免費參觀別墅內部，附贈老闆娘生動的講解😄
【飲食】老闆娘親做早餐不容錯過，很有家的味道，食材和搭配都很棒～份量也很足！

回來後一直忙於工作，評價晚了。看攜程介紹以為酒店裡俞村至少要走一段時間，結果幾乎就在村子裏，而且位置鬧中取靜，即走幾步就是村中心，又能在酒店感受安靜的月光，享受歲月靜好。早上起來，被窗外滿滿的綠色包圍，坐在民國風情的建築裏吃着豐盛的肉燕早餐，真的是不可多得的體驗。
可惜照片拍的不好，實物比照片更好。

非常滿意的一次旅行，雖然衹在領地呆了一晚，但是歡樂真的很多！慶幸自己找到了領地藝術酒店。當初完全是因為我們是三户人家出行，而他家正好滿足我們不同的房型需求。而且衹有三間，相當於包場。來了才知道這個包場太值得了！除了住的房間，我們還相當於擁有了綠化那麼精美的花園草地，可以參觀非常旅遊歷史意義的百年老宅，還欣賞了老闆娘有品位的古董傢俱和藝術品的收藏。
非常喜歡酒店的老闆娘，一個健談有閲歷的老闆娘，相聊甚歡！做的小火鍋餛飩早餐頗有特色！老闆女兒也是温婉可愛又細心。還有一衹叫哈利的大狗狗，絕對是孩子們的歡樂源泉！
離別之際，我們覺得住一晚實在太少了，以後至少要安排兩晚才過癮~

為了打卡網劇棋魂的取景地去的。完成打卡目標的同時也有了愉快的體驗。首先環境很優美，老闆娘精心打理的花園，一年四季都有花。然後還參觀了裏面的文治藏書閣和旁邊的藏館，晚上跟好客的老闆娘聊了好一會兒天，身心都得到了薰陶。最後有兩衹狗狗，都很可愛。
