A pleasant stay experience, the hotel is beautiful, the cabin is quiet and comfortable, Xiao Li at the front desk is very good, I will come again next time. They are pet friendly and gave us a gift bag with pads, wet towels, a bowls and plastic poop bags.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was exactly as pictured. They had the heat on prior to our arrival which was most appreciated. It was nice to have a closet area with hangars and shelves in the main bedroom. The mattress was super comfy, unlike many hard mattresses we have experienced in some places in China.
All staff personnel were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We used WeChat to communicate very easily. They were ready to be helpful with anything, from getting a ride to and from the cabin when requested, arranging a water activity even during off-peak season, remembering our preferences from one day to the next in the western restaurant , offering to make food that we might like...Definitely at the top of being the best customer service we have experienced in our travels. We were very appreciative of that.

The hotel is easy to find, staff was great and helpful. Different kind of activities, we had a great time. The cabin was great, all clean and new.

It was an amazing experience. The workers are very friendly and helped us all the time. We did a lot of activities in one single day, such as Spa, hiking and archery. The hotel offers a bunch of activities to be enjoyed with friends and families.

The room was very quiet, but it took some time to wait for cleaning. The breakfast was good and the place was large. It would be better if there were more recreational facilities. It is mainly a leisure experience.
