A pleasant stay experience, the hotel is beautiful, the cabin is quiet and comfortable, Xiao Li at the front desk is very good, I will come again next time. They are pet friendly and gave us a gift bag with pads, wet towels, a bowls and plastic poop bags.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was exactly as pictured. They had the heat on prior to our arrival which was most appreciated. It was nice to have a closet area with hangars and shelves in the main bedroom. The mattress was super comfy, unlike many hard mattresses we have experienced in some places in China.
All staff personnel were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We used WeChat to communicate very easily. They were ready to be helpful with anything, from getting a ride to and from the cabin when requested, arranging a water activity even during off-peak season, remembering our preferences from one day to the next in the western restaurant , offering to make food that we might like...Definitely at the top of being the best customer service we have experienced in our travels. We were very appreciative of that.

It was an amazing experience. The workers are very friendly and helped us all the time. We did a lot of activities in one single day, such as Spa, hiking and archery. The hotel offers a bunch of activities to be enjoyed with friends and families.

We had a great day here with four children. This place is perfect for outdoor activities, close to nature, cycling, hiking, camping, picking, and watching small animals. We stayed in a single-family cabin. The children were very curious. It was very quiet at night and not cold in winter. There were still many staff members near the New Year. The service was very thoughtful and enthusiastic. We responded to every request. Another point is that this place is pet-friendly. The dog also had a wonderful day here. Good review. I would recommend that the company hold the annual team building meeting here next time.
