The hotel's front desk staff is proactive and enthusiastic, the rooms are OK and relatively new, the downstairs is close to the downtown area, and it is relatively convenient to eat around. I feel that the only bug of the hotel is the parking lot. There are very few parking spaces and it is difficult to turn around after driving in (if the driving skills are average). This is something you need to pay special attention to when checking in.

Stayed for one night, the room was very nice and clean, the price/performance ratio was very good, the location was convenient, it was in the center, it was easy to order takeout, and there was a small convenience store downstairs.

I have stayed in many Ibis hotels including Shangpin Hotel. This time I feel the best when I stay in Deqing Ibis Hotel. First of all, it is clean and tidy. The hotel is not big but very "exquisite". In addition, the front desk staff is very dedicated and hospitable. I recommend staying here.

During the Spring Festival, I went to Qiandao Lake Lion City for a trip. It was too tiring to drive back to Shanghai in the middle of the night. I didn't want to book a high-star hotel for a simple transition. I accidentally found that this international brand express hotel along the way had an extremely good price. I also saw that Ctrip showed that there was free parking and no need to reserve a parking space, so I booked it decisively. In terms of facilities, after actual experience, although Ibis belongs to the bottom sequence in the Accor camp (it is originally an express hotel), this latest generation of Ibis, both public areas and guest rooms, actively cater to the trendy style of young people, and are equipped with smart toilets, electric curtains and other smart devices, which have surpassed the facilities of some old versions of Mercure and even Novotel under the same group, which is worthy of recognition. In addition, the hotel's breakfast offerings are very remarkable. The Chinese simple meals in general express hotels are high-end Chinese and Western buffets here. The dining counter is designed in a similar style to the circular guide counter design of the executive lounge of many luxury hotels. The ingredients are not shoddy because of the low room rates. Original cut bacon, red velvet cake, homemade DIY croissants, Dr coffee machine with deep roasted high-quality coffee beans, and a variety of noodle stalls... These are all impossible to do in the luxury resort I stayed in the day before, and need encouragement. The noodle stall waiter also has the highest service quality in this hotel. Of course, there are many things to complain about. 1. The free parking mentioned above. When I arrived at 22:00 that night, there were several trash cans blocking the entrance of the parking lot. After entering the lobby to inquire, the receptionist only repeatedly told me that the parking lot was full and there was no way to arrange it. I could only find a paid parking space on the roadside by myself, which delayed about 20 minutes and dragged my luggage for a distance. If the hotel has limited parking spaces, it should be equipped with a better parking space management method, strict access to vehicles to ensure that the interests of guests are prioritized. At the same time, Ctrip provides the hotel with a very powerful information display background, so the hotel can submit and display parking information in a more reasonable and humane way. Simply marking free parking and no reservation will mislead guests' choices when booking. 2. After entering the guest room, I found that the bed sheets were very uneven, not as flat as the ones I had stayed in the hotel before, so I opened them and checked them and found that there were many hairs. I called the service staff to change the bed sheets, which delayed until 24 o'clock. 3. The professionalism of the front desk, guest room, and duty staff is not consistent with the brand. The front desk does not even know that its own brand belongs to the Accor Group. All staff have no polite language and are even too casual. There was an unpleasant mood when checking in, and the front desk did not appease it, and the lowest floor with the worst view was still arranged. Although a solution was given through negotiations with Ctrip, I have not heard a very sincere apology expression in the past two days since leaving the hotel.
