Absolute stunning place, really remote and hence, quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed it very much with the family. kids loved it and really emerged into the nature. We will definitely come more regular in the future, as this is really a nature outbreak from the busy city. In the night we had a hedgehog passing by our tent..kids loved it!!

The concept of tent hotels, including their location, service, and staff kindness, is excellent. The cleanliness of commonly used amenities and customer friendliness would be exceptional if the hotel were primarily booked by individuals with a Japanese mindset.

Location is a bit far out. Up a mountain. But if you’re looking to get away from the crowds and relax this is the place.

We loved our stay at Refuge. The tents and facilities are exactly as pictured with impressive furnishings and additions: Dyson hair dryers, heater/AC in the tent, lovely towels and toiletries in the shared bathroom.
The staff and coffee were great too.
The location is stunning but need a driver or own transport. The walks all need to start by the road but many routes to take through and from the small villages at the foot of the mountain.
Like with camping, need to bring plenty of your own snacks and food. The hotel offers a cook your own BBQ and breakfast is provided but no other food options.

I really like the environment of the campsite, it is quiet, beautiful and well-equipped, and there are many choices for meals. You can watch the sunset and stars in the evening and the sunrise in the morning. It is a very beautiful day.

The room is very big and comfortable, it is a luxury camping. It is perfect for a few friends to relax, chat, take photos, and have a picnic🧺. The only regret is that the morning yoga🧘 was cancelled.
