5 minutes walk to the mountain view point, accept foreigners, great view point from top floor, paid for room upgrade for excellent mountain view, highly recommended

Didn't stay because I went straight to yubeng village. Host didn't allow me to cancel even though I asked for cancellation 2 months prior. But you get to see a nice sunrise at fei lai si

Rooms are clean and neat. Bathroom is acceptable. Decor is a little dated but acceptable. Excellent view of the mountains from the 6th floor roof top. Location is convenient. Short walking distance to the viewing platform and bus terminal to yubeng and Shangrila.

Very friendly staff. Clean room. It is very easy to watch the sunrise from the rooftop of the hotel. There is no need to go to the viewing gallery. A good place to stay.

This was the best stay during my trip to Yunnan. The boss and his wife were very friendly, they kept asking what else we need and helped to carry our luggage to the 4th floor. The room was spacious and comfortable. They have heating bed and floor. If i would come to Feilaisi again i would definitely choose this hotel again.

Overall is vaule for money compared with the other hotels in the neighborhood. The staff is friendly. She explained the necessary things to know of the area and how to use the equipment in the room. The room was a bit old but understandable. There were a heater and bed warmer provided. Only thing to comment are the toletries that came in the a few sachets which will be better if they can provide in the refilled-bottle. Breakfast is normal for us which can be a bit better in terms of variety.
The hotel has a good view at the rooftop but if you want to take a picture of the Snow Mountain, I still recommend to walk 5-minutes to the observation deck.

The caretaker was super eager to assist in anywhere, and he even upgraded our room. Accommodation is a short uphill walk from the Feilaisi Temple Observation area.
