LUX* Tea Horse Road Benzilan

Ctrip has a lot of issues. I found out that the room rate had dropped before I checked in. I contacted Ctrip to see if I could cancel and rebook. Ctrip said that they had communicated with the hotel and they didn't agree. I confirmed with the sales after arriving at the hotel, but Ctrip didn't contact them. Ctrip is really rubbish. I don't have any complaints about the hotel. It's average. Most people are in a hurry to go directly from Shangri-La to Meili and won't stop at Benzilan.

The second time I stayed at LUXE Benzilan, it was as comfortable as ever, very suitable as a rest hotel after a multi-day hike, with a suitable altitude and climate. The room has a terrace, basking in the bright sunshine and blowing the dry and gentle wind, not to mention how comfortable it is. The green plants in the hotel are well maintained, and there is a feeling of vacation at all times. Sleeping by the river, the rolling waves of the Jinsha River still stir in my memory after leaving. As a transit station between Shangri-La and Meili, Benzilan has a peculiar attraction for me. It is a dry and hot valley with rich resources, adjacent to the Baima Snow Mountain and embracing the Jinsha River. Time seems to stop here for a rest. There are LUXE and Songtsam in the town. I am a fan of Songtsam, but in this small town, LUXE makes me more excited. The architecture, location and atmosphere create a magical holiday feeling. Suggestion: When we left the store, we were the only last guests. Because we had to hurry, the store was very enthusiastic to prepare a packed breakfast, thank you very much. However, I hope to try making my own bread. It doesn’t feel good to use the finished product directly.

The front desk upgraded me to a river view room. The hotel atmosphere and service are top-notch. I stayed there for two days and it was very comfortable.

Stayed at LUX for two nights for Gedong Festival Because I had to get up early the next day, I had dinner at the hotel on the first night. The reviews said there was a set meal, which was OK, the quantity was enough, and the taste needed to be further improved. I went out at 4:30 the next morning, and the hotel packed breakfast for us, including bread, fruit and yogurt, which was very considerate. On the third day, I finally had time to have breakfast in the hotel. In fact, I have stayed in many LUX hotels, including Sangushui, Xiaomidi, Dayan Ancient Town, and Dukezong Ancient Town. I think the breakfast at LUX Benzilan ranks first among these hotels. You must drink a cup of LUX breakfast coffee. This free coffee is better than the coffee sold in many local coffee shops!

The room is hygienic and clean. It's great to have such a hotel in a small town. The hotel customer service is very enthusiastic and has local characteristics. The breakfast is also very delicious. The environment is very good and the flowers in the yard are very fragrant.

One of the only two hotels I was satisfied with during this trip to Shangri-La. The hygiene in the room needs to be improved, especially the desk with sporadic sticky stains. However, the ladies in the hotel restaurant are a big plus, they are warm and polite, and the food is delicious. LUX coffee is really good
