Staff are very helpful and accommodating. We have some issues with our booking but the staff provided us with alternatives which we gladly accept even though they don't have to. Rooms are clean and all amenities needed are provided. If you are lucky, you will be able to see Meili Snow Mountain.

Staffs of the hotel are very kind and offer drop off and pick up from the place (just after the tunnel, just tell the bus driver where you are staying and he will stop there) the bus drop you. Room are clean and the front facing rooms on the 2nd floor provide a fantastic view from the comfort of your bed!

The location is very good, facing the Meili Snow Mountain. The boss is also very nice. I originally booked a room on the first floor, but was upgraded to the second floor for free. The breakfast was very rich, and there were also midnight snacks. I will stay here again next time.
