I rarely give negative reviews. It’s understandable that the place is remote and the hardware facilities are poor. But the price is so expensive that it doesn’t even have toilet paper. The bathroom has exposed wires and they haven’t been renovated. The service is non-existent and you can’t even find the front desk staff. I’ll give it a try. The phone is always turned off. If you want to ask something, you have to go to another store. I suggest you choose another hotel to stay in Yubeng. If not, go to Shangyubeng.

It feels pretty good. It's called a youth hostel, but it's actually a normal hotel. The price-performance ratio is relatively high, and the proprietress is also relatively simple and enthusiastic. There was a small episode. The proprietress asked us if we had trekking poles. At first I thought we should buy them (I'm used to all kinds of sales, and my first reaction is that I just bought something). Later I found out that if you really ask, if you don't have them, the proprietress will tell you that there are trekking poles at the door and you can take them yourself. After a few days in Yunnan, I found that the people here are quite simple. It seems that except for the fruit seller in Shuanglang North who cheated a lot, the overall impression is quite good.

I booked the room because of the lake view. I can only say that I gave it a score for the location. I don't even want to give it one star for the service. When I checked in, I scanned the code myself, and the boss led me to the room. Later, I found that the boss didn't give me the key, so I went downstairs to ask for it. The boss asked if I had any valuables, and I said no. Then the boss said that we haven't had any thefts in the past few years, and there is no need to lock the door if there are no valuables. He also asked why I thought others would steal my things, and in the end he didn't give me the key. I won't comment, just state the facts. This is the first time I've given a bad review for booking a room in so many years. In fact, mood is very important when traveling. After the boss's remarks, my good mood for the whole day was gone.

The location is great, right by the lake where celebrities check in. The lady boss is very nice. We couldn't find any peanuts in any of the shops, so she gave us some of her own.
