The owner picked us up at 8 PM at the observation deck and offered to take us stargazing at 9 PM. The next morning, they also provided pick-up and drop-off to see the 'sun-kissed golden mountains' (sunrise on snow-capped peaks), and afterwards, dropped us off at the bus stop for our bus. The service was excellent.

Facilities: Elevator, smart toilet, smart curtains, and a super large smart TV.
Ambiance: I was blown away by the room's decor, especially the wood carvings – they're truly works of art.
Service: The owner is incredibly nice and welcoming. They offered a free shuttle to Feilai Temple in the morning to see the sunrise over the snowy mountains and even gave me a complimentary room upgrade. The room was really spacious!

Very satisfied. The hotel is very clean, the parking lot is quite spacious and has free charging stations. They also offer a shuttle service to see the 'Golden Mountain of Rizhao' (a scenic view of the sun rising over the mountains).

Upon arriving at Feilai Temple, the host kindly offered to pick us up and even upgraded us to their best room for free! The room was absolutely fantastic – from the tissues to the toothbrushes, everything was thoughtfully selected. It had floor heating and an oxygen concentrator, and was spotlessly clean and tidy. The room was so good that when I sent pictures to my friends, they thought I was staying in a palace! 😂 The next morning, the host (a great guy!) took us to see the 'Golden Mountain Bathed in Sunlight' and told us all about the construction of the building. It was an amazing experience!

When I travel, I always look at reviews before booking. After extensive research, this place came up to be the most highly rated. Even though it wasn’t located as well as the other hotels (i will address why this is not a problem later).
Firstly, the decor was beautifully Tibetan-themed. We got our room upgraded for free. This accommodation is new, so the facilities are extremely modern, with floor heating, smart-room features, and the most advanced toilet bidet system ever! There’s washing and even drying features, first time I’ve ever seen in a toilet! Secondly, the service was top-notch. The owner offers to drive you to the sunrise viewing platform, which is about 3 minutes drive away, and even offers to drive you to stargaze at night! This was certainly not expected, which I think the owner had done very well in.
There’s even a small fitness corner if you’re interested in working out. All in all, this was one of my favourite stays in Yunnan!

This is a budget-friendly Songtsam alternative! 👍🏻 The hotel features pure wooden Tibetan-style decor, exquisite jade carvings, and spacious rooms with balconies. The bedding is comfortable. The owner even arranged special services for us: a private viewing of the 'sun-kissed silver mountains' at 9 PM from the mountain viewpoint, and 'sun-kissed golden mountains' in the morning. The large parking lot with charging stations is very convenient for self-driving guests. The owners are both very kind and hospitable.

The service here is absolutely outstanding. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. The courtyard has a wonderful ethnic charm, and as soon as you step in, you're greeted by a subtle, woody fragrance that creates a really cozy atmosphere. Inside, the rooms are both inviting and comfortable, with wooden furnishings that perfectly complement the overall style. The bedding is soft and feels great against the skin. I highly recommend staying at this guesthouse for its unique wooden aesthetic and ethnic character!

This place is easy to find, and the owner is incredibly warm and hospitable! He showed me so many beautiful photos he took during his Kora pilgrimage. The room was really spacious and quiet, so I slept wonderfully. It's equipped with smart home features throughout, and the oxygen machine worked perfectly. In the evenings and mornings, he'd drive guests to see Mount Meili. I've attached a photo I took of the sun hitting the mountain peaks. I'll definitely be back!

Extremely satisfied! I rarely write such long reviews. The owners are absolutely wonderful! The female owner is so kind, and the male owner is adorable! They took us stargazing and to see the moonlit silver mountains, then in the morning, they showed us the 'sunlit golden mountains' (sunrise on the snow-capped peaks). They also provided pick-up and drop-off services. The room was amazing, with great quality and aesthetic appeal, and it even had an elevator. The location is convenient for getting anywhere, but it's not in a noisy area. There's a large parking lot with many charging stations. Seriously, just book it, ladies!
