Deqin Hotels with Breakfast

A great experience, the reputation of the beautiful scenery is well-deserved! The hotel has a great view location, the room is very large and the bedding is very comfortable. You can see the main peak of Meili Snow Mountain while lying on the bed, or you can go to the hotel's observation deck (which is higher than the Feilai Temple observation deck, the view is very good, I was super lucky to see the complete version of Rizhao Jinshan for the first time, here are some photos I took hh Thanks to the front desk manager Bai Ma for helping to upgrade the room type, and thanks to Dingzhu and Duji for helping us carry our luggage.

The flight tickets and hotels were booked on short notice. I always wanted to come to Yubeng to see if it was what I imagined. I initially looked at Youle and Yeyu. It was said that the afternoon tea was good, but when I scrolled down, I found that the view of this room was invincible, so I booked this one. Generally speaking, the sanitary conditions were okay. I also brought disposable bath towels. The water was not very hot, so I washed and dressed quickly. The place was a bit difficult to find, because when I entered the village, I met two people who lived in the butter tea. They said it was not far to walk up, so I could only follow them. In fact, there is really no need to save these 60 yuan. When traveling, you can spend money easily. The walk up caused me to get lost from the lower Yubeng to the upper Yubeng. Fortunately, the hotel pointed me the way. The view from the hotel room is really good. The next day, I opened my eyes and lay on the bed and saw the golden mountain in the sun. Finally, I did not live up to my hard days of trekking through mountains and rivers for two days!

There are snow-capped mountains on three sides, the White Horse Snow Mountain on the left, the Goddess Peak and the Five Crowns Peak facing each other, and the General Peak and Kawagebo's head on the right. It should be the best location in the whole Yubeng. The overall view is very clean, and the only regret is that the wooden structure is not soundproof.

Impeccable, top view, the room is equipped with oil heater, air conditioner, oxygen, humidifier, and even shoe dryer. The large bay window is exactly what I want. Sitting on the felt mat, drinking tea and watching the snow-capped mountains is extremely comfortable! At 8 o'clock in the morning, the platform below was crowded after 7 o'clock. It was a few degrees below zero, but we could wear home clothes and drink Pu'er tea to take pictures. My daughter put the iPad on the balcony and took a half-hour video to record the complete process of the sunrise on Jinshan. It was amazing! I also want to praise the service, pick up at the station, the brother sent the luggage to the fourth floor, sent white fungus soup before bed, the breakfast was very rich and tasted great, and the sister enthusiastically helped us point out the location of a tree and the return ride. I also met a warm and hospitable boss😆

I was attracted by Jixiashan. This time, I experienced four hotels including Songtsam and Jixiashan on the Nujiang Meili Shangri-La self-driving loop. Meili Jixiashan is definitely the top 1 in my heart. Not only because of the unique geographical location, the design of the hotel, and the atmosphere created, but also because of the many small details of the hotel's thoughtful services, such as the welcome card when entering the room, the hot ginger tea and blanket prepared in the morning to watch the sunrise on Jinshan Mountain, and the hot red wine prepared for watching documentaries in the evening. Every staff member was very kind and proactive, gave a lot of practical tips for travel, and the quality of afternoon tea and buffet breakfast was also the best! A very wonderful stay experience!

Yourland Hotel is run and operated by a very hard working lady who essentially does everything herself - from welcoming guests, cooking breakfast, cleaning the rooms and washing the bed sheets & laundry. The rooms are very clean and neatly organised, it has all the comforts that any hiker should need in such a remote location that is high up in the mountains (e.g. electric blankets, warm showers, etc.) Please do note that the warm water does need sometime to reheat especially if another guest takes a shower right away after the first guest. It will not be sufficient time for the water heating machine to heat the water. You should take note of the number that is displayed on the water heater. By default in our room, it showed the number of 44 and after the first guest took the shower, it went down to 19. If someone takes a shower right away at that moment, it will be cold so the next person should wait a bit until the number displayed moves up. The views in the morning are amazing as you can see the mountain ranges on three different sides so you get a very good panoramic view from the terrace of the hotel. After a long day of hiking, our moods were lightened up when we were welcomed by the friendly and playful Labrador Retriever whose name is Dou Dou. Such a lovely dog ＜3. I would recommend you to stay here if you are looking for a place to stay in Upper Yubeng, it's good base for your planned hikes to the Glacier Lake and Nise Ranch. The place might be a bit difficult to locate if you arrive in Yubeng late at night (like we did since we walked all the way from Ninong, which was really tiring), but once you get the gist of it, it's very easy to remember and locate.

One of the highlights of the B&B is the large viewing platform, with the Lancang River flowing through it on the right. On the left, you can see Kawagebo Peak, the main peak of Meili Snow Mountain. The viewing platform is surrounded by vibrant vineyards, making staying in this B&B feel like being in a manor. The second highlight of the B&B is that the room is spacious, clean, the supplies are new and clean, and the internet speed is very fast. The third highlight of the B&B is that it has a kitchen, which can be used for free. The bath water is large and hot, and it also provides purified water. I was very impressed by the kind and friendly owner.

The most satisfying hotel in the entire Shangri-La trip. I personally think that Meili Shanju is better than Songzan Linka! The hotel public areas and rooms use a lot of wood for decoration, especially the rooms, almost all wooden furniture, very textured, the room lighting is also very warm, at night the whole room is very homely, very comfortable to live in! The deluxe mountain residence king-size bed room booked is very large, it is a small suite with a small living room, a bedroom, and a separate small balcony. The balcony window faces the Meili Snow Mountain, and the view is excellent! The dinner in the hotel's Chinese restaurant is a set meal, and the product of 350 per person is very amazing and cost-effective! Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, the taste of the single items is great, and the handmade noodles and rice noodles taste great! The afternoon tea is a little simple, and all the service staff of the hotel are enthusiastic and professional. When checking in, they will send a pair of handmade cloth shoes for guests to change into, full of ritual! The Arc'teryx store in Meili Shanju also has more styles than the Songzan Linka store!

Room; The room is great. The handsome guy at the front desk is very nice. He helped me upgrade to a panoramic room with snowy mountains. I can see the unbeatable view by opening the curtains. Service: 1. The handsome guy at the front desk not only upgraded my room, but also provided thoughtful service throughout the whole process. The charging port of my mobile phone was broken, and he helped me think of various ways and even Baidu for me. Fortunately, it was charged again later. He was very patient. 2. He lent me an ice grab for free before climbing the mountain, which was great. When I accidentally fell down the mountain, he also helped me find Yunnan Baiyao to spray it on me. 3. When I left, I was given a bottle of alien energy water. Note: The drinks in the scenic area are very expensive, and other hotels are only willing to give mineral water. I drank this drink on the way and was full of energy. The emotional value is very high.

The space is more spacious than expected It felt like I was back in my own country. The quilt was a little heavy, but we slept well. The restaurant downstairs is delicious and suits our taste very well. We ate there for 2 nights in a row and it was raining after we finished eating. The food in the restaurant is delicious, and the lady boss is very nice. Regarding the Coke I brought, I just asked if I got it here or if I brought it myself. There was no ill intention at all. I thought it was strictly forbidden to bring your own food. The inn also has 12 cats, which are so cute. They have cat toys and electric blankets, which is really great in the countryside. Will recommend it to friends who want to live in Shangyubeng
