Depok Hotels with Airport pickup service

Clean and comfortable room. Asked for a lower non smoking floor because I needed to leave early in the morning and I got a room just behind the receptionist that made me felt safe as a solo guest. Receptionist was accomodating. Cleaner on the hall helped show me how to open the door when I had a problem. The food that was ordered to the room was freshly made. The guard helped when I tried to order a taxi in the morning. Thank you for the hospitality.

Great value great location great price. This was our first time staying in the hotel and from arrival until departure, our stay was made extremely comfortable by all staff. The receptionist kindly provided several room shows prior to us deciding on the big suite (unsure room name). It was very spacey and the couch folded out into a small bed for our two children. The suite was very clean and air-conditioning worked well. There was ample space in the cupboards to accomodate our clothes and various travel goods. Cleaners did a great job of cleaning our room each day too. The room had a great view of Depok city and the swimming pool below. The hotel occupies the top few levels of the apartment complex, whilst locals resided in the rest. Elevator access to the hotel is seperated from the residential access with security on ground floor to ensure only guests enter. We loved the breakfast buffet. A large assortment if traditional dishes with western dishes too. Unfortunately I do not know the names of the local dishes but I can attest they were all great. The hotel manager was very friendly and constantly did the rounds in the morning chatting with various guests. A big surprise was that the hotel manager whom we came quite friendly with, discovered it was my wife's birthday during our stay, and on her birthday organised a birthday cake and several staff to sing happy birthday when we came down for breakfast. A very very nice touch. The hotel pool was great. No luxury resort style pool, but a simple pool that was fine for the price of the hotel. Although they advertise a gym. It is only two walking machines. A great advantage of the hotel is that it is connected to a local shopping mall with an abundance of great restaurants and a big supermarket downstairs. It is also centrally located on the main road in Depok, but high enough not to hear any traffic or noise.

Stayed here for a night, it was pleasant. The staff, including housekeeping ones were friendly. Check in /check out were quick enough. The bathroom was clean The bedroom cukup baik/bersih. The AC in the bedroom cukup Dingin banget. Breakfast banyak option, taste standard. The Lobby was pretty hot tho. Location wise, deket ke banyak tmpt jajanan + malls. Recommended :)

Bed is not the same with the reservation, then air conditioner is not really good. But the location near the food culinary.

Good, interesting, comfortable, just lack soundproofing, both in the elevator and the sound of vehicles passing by can hear the sound ... sy have stayed at fave hotel, the hotel position is advanced in front of the highway but the sound is noisy and then the vehicle passing by cannot be heard Go to the room a little ... if it can be repaired so that guests who are sensitive to noise can sleep not be disturbed by the noise and passing by vehicles

Everything is good, the room is good the food is excellent. I only got 1 problem, because i got the connection room and the barrier between the room is not good enough, i can hear people talking from the next door and its quite annoying.

Very good place, I have been here thousands of times and it is comfortable. Places to eat are also close. Easy access too. Most importantly cleanliness and hospitality

The breakfast was great and tasty with many varieties. I love the spacy room . though it was quite a view from the room. the staffs very helpful & friendly especially Nina ,Definitely would be here with more crowds for a staycation!

The most wonderful vacation! Luxury all the way and SERVICE that you won’t find anywhere else. We were taken to our own private dock by boat upon arrival. Our room was set up with fresh guacamole, welcome drinks and they had made pillows with each of our 3 kids’ names monogrammed on them! Personal touches like this will not be forgotten. Only complaint was the mosquitoes, but they may have been more prominent bc of the time of year we went. We will be going bac
