Overall staffs are friendly and helpful, facilities are great for a 3-star hotel. The food variety especially the local Indonesian menu is varied and taste good as well plus very affordable. Room is clean, adequate in size and shower in the bathroom has a good pressure.

Rekomended hotel yg kids friendly bgt.. kaget bgt pas nginep disini semua staffnya ramah2 poll. Mulai dari satpam di depan lobby sampe semua petugas yg di dalam. Petugas yg jaga di area mini zoo juga ramah bgt kids friendly! Lokasinya strategis banget. Kalo malem buanyakk bgt yg jualan makanan jadi gak perlu bingung. Ini tuh kaya ada di kawasan elit gitu sih menurutku. Walaupun jalananya agak sedikit macet tapi gak kecewa sama sekali selama nginap disini. Ahhh pokoknya mau lagi sih nanti nginap disini lagi. Anakku seneng banget sampe gamau diajak pulang 😅 bismillah semoga dikasih rezeki lagi untuk bisa balik nginap disini lagi.. terimakasih fortuna grande pokoknya best banget pelayanannya🥰

When I entered the hotel entrance using Grab, it was so narrow that even the Grab driver was embarrassed. However, I would like to give it a generous score thanks to the friendly staff. In particular, the pizza I ordered through room service was an excellent choice!! I highly recommend it because it’s so delicious!! The location of the accommodation was a little far from Malioboro, but we chose a place close to the church to go to church on Sundays, so we are satisfied with the location. The room was clean, but a bit old, and the swimming pool was smaller and dirtier than expected, which was disappointing.

Situated in very nice area Jalan Kaliurang with many options of places to go. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Strategic location with lots of useful ammenities. The apartment was nicely furnished, bed was very comfortable, small kitchen was handy to have and bathroom was clean. I also really enjoyed the cushion on the window seat to take in the view of Mt. Merapi. In the future I think that the check in and check out process could be streamlined, including contacting the guest prior to check in to provide the required information and maybe having a document in the apartment that outlines the check out process. Apart from that I was very happy with my stay and would visit again.

The location is a bit remote, the room is relatively small, there is a slight odor, the quilt is a bit damp, and it is considerate to send fruit in the evening

Service great Room very nice. No de-caf coffee … I think this should be a must nowadays. But, enjoyed our stay for three nights. 

+ good location, so many restaurants, cafes, and convenient stores around, close to a big mall as well, nice gym and a great infinity pool with view, and very affordable for the room that you get, staffs were nice, mini kitchen and utensils - the non-smoking room still had smoke smell left, dusts in the corners, smelly cabinets (there are a lot of cabinets but we ended up not using them bcs of the odor). Recommended for a short stay, hopefully they can clean up the room and the bad odor inside all the cabinets more thoroughly
