Check in process was smooth, the staff are nice. There is welcoming drink. The room was clean. But too noisy, we can hear voice from outside of the room. Even the voice from the pool, can be heard. (My room are not that close from the pool). Everything is great, but need more Soundproofing.

I was staying for 8 nights in this hotel and my son was very happy staying there, all of the staff were very friendly and very polite, whenever I needed something they responded very quickly, food was always delicious and what make me happy the most is my son always eat properly when I bought the food from the hotel cause he is a very fussy eater, would definitely recommend it to my friends and family and would definitely stay here again whenever I come back to Jogja. Thank you 🙏

The room was nice clean,and cozy and the food was great. The breakfast variety were boost my mood. What a wonderfull time to stay with a warmest and helpfull team. Mr Agus has shown the proffessionalism and great us in every single guests momment during our stay. A nice guy you have to meet.
