As heard that one of the best hotel of Deoghar city so for the short trip I booked for business trip but not found up to what I heard about. Receptionist and staff well behaved. Ambience is good. Rooms are not up to my expectations. Buffet area is small with limited space. But I must say “ In Room Dining “ and food Quality is best in class .

## A Horrifying Experience at Hotel Mahadev Palace My parents recently had a deeply disturbing experience at Hotel Mahadev Palace, which I feel compelled to share to warn others. The hotel's General Manager, Mr. Nitish Rai, exhibited appalling behavior, demonstrating a shocking lack of professionalism and respect, particularly towards my parents. Their stay, which began on June 29th, was plagued by Mr. Rai's unprofessionalism from the start. He initially pressured them to cancel their online booking, despite offering assurances that they could stay until June 30th for a reduced fee. This erratic behavior continued upon their departure, escalating to a terrifying level of verbal abuse and harassment. Mr. Rai not only yelled and insulted my parents but also threatened them, using his local connections to intimidate them further. His actions were not only unprofessional but also downright dangerous and unacceptable. The level of disrespect and hostility shown by Mr. Rai towards my parents is truly alarming. His behavior raises serious concerns about the safety and well-being of future guests at Hotel Mahadev Palace. I urge anyone considering staying at this hotel to reconsider. Mr. Rai's actions are a clear indication of a toxic environment and a complete disregard for basic hospitality standards. It is imperative that such blatant disregard for guest well-being is exposed and addressed.

Went to visit Baba Dham with my family, enjoyed the stay at Gitanjali International. Staff was polite and helpful. Aravind Kumar and Vikas Singh at the reception, Chef Uttam Das, Support staff Ashish and Prakash, Driver bhaiyya, were the best folks we met. Food was tasty and customised as per need. Room very clean and tidy. I would recommend Gitanjali International for a peaceful stay. Thank you again to the folks who made my stay pleasent.

Food is good. And the behaviour of all staff from the manager to the ground staff is too good & familiar. The position of the hotel is suitable to reach b hole baba mandir & side screens.

Booked the room at Girija Sunrise, Deoghar, after seeing the reviews from Tripadvisor. Stayed for three days. Very comfortable and neat rooms with a very good ambiance. Very near to Baba Baidyanath temple. Special thanks to Mr Harendra Kumar, GM, for taking personal care in making our stay very comfortable. A Panda (Purohit) was arranged for us and it made our darshan very very easy and smooth, both in the morning and for the evening Shingaar darshan. They also arranged for the trip to Baba Basukinath Temple and other places of intrest. Mr Vikas Kumar Dubey who is in charge of the restaurant was very polite and helpful and personally gave us real hot food . Mr Prabhat Kumar Dubey who was managing the front office too was very helpful. Cab was provided for pickup and drop at Jasidih Rly stn. I definitely recommend this hotel to all. Bum Bole.
