The check-in and checkout were fine. The room was spacious and clean. Room service was also prompt and food quality was OK. Two major complaints - 1) I asked for drinking water to be replenished in the night from housekeeping, it never came. I then called the front desk, water still did not come. I had ro finally go down to get water. 2) Coukd not sleep till 02:30 am due to the Extremely high noise from the banquet and people talking loudly right outside my room.
