One year ago, I booked two rooms at this hotel through Priceline. When I checked in, the front desk employee (who was new) asked for my credit card, which is standard. However, they only gave me one room and mistakenly charged me for an additional room. I didn't realize this at the time, as I trusted the process and didn’t ask for a receipt when I checked out. A month later, I discovered they had charged me for three rooms, including the ones I booked through Priceline. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue and request a refund for one room, I was unable to. My advice to others: always ask for a receipt when checking out to avoid any billing mistakes.
