We stayed here a couple days on a college visit trip for my daughter. This hotel was a very positive contrasting experience vs our stay at a different chain in Amarillo. The gym was pretty complete with I think 4 treadmills along with elliptical and free weights. The towels in the gym were clean, smelled nice and were like thick bath towels. The room was clean and there were adequate towels and washcloths. The reception folks were nice and always acknowledged us when we came or went. Parking was easy and well lit. There were an adequate number of elevators. They put us in a higher floor when we checked in since our room wasn't ready at 3:30 PM. Our room was comfortable and clean. There weren't kids running up and down the hallway and we didn't hear noise coming from other rooms. I have nothing to complain about. It was all positive. Oh, and the included breakfast was excellent. They didn't over hype it, it was just very good by typical complimentary breakfast American hotel standards. Wifi was complimentary and worked fine. There are good restaurants within easy walking distance. The recommended restaurants was a nice, but I'd suggest 2 changes. Pepper's Asian bistro was much better than the recommended Thai Pot Cafe unless you specifically want Pad Thai. We ate at both. For Italian I'd recommend North Italia, which they listed but wasn't a staff recommended.

First let me say that I normally post very positive reviews but that is not the case this time. Also, I can only speak for the room we were in which was 413. The room was very clean and you could smell the sanitizer when we first walked in the room. It was not overpowering but you could smell it. My issues with this particular room were the bathroom. The lighting was extremely poor and it was not conducive to applying makeup. Also, the shower is not setup very user friendly. The door can swing in or out but it is positioned so that when you turn on the water to warm it up you have to step in and get blasted with cold water. Not something I cherish to have happen. At one point during our stay two out of three elevators were out of order. When we left there was still one elevator that was out of order and had been most of our stay. The front desk staff was not friendly and no one at the desk gave me a warm and fuzzy glad you are here feeling. The best of the staff is in the restaurant and the shuttle driver. Shout out to Kookie, Jessica, Fernando and Jason in the restaurant. They definitely know how to interact with the guests and make you feel welcomed. Austin the shuttle driver was friendly and courteous. I would love to give this hotel an excellent rating but in my humble opinion nothing except the restaurant and shuttle driver are worthy.

I have so much to say! Phenomenal hotel and serviceš Jason one of the mgrs at the front desk went ABOVE and beyond from check-in, to me losing my eyeglasses, to spoiling me with amenities and check-out. There was a young woman hate I forgot her name but she was awesome. The gentleman from security who reviewed video footage, thank you! I was suppose to be at the Courtyard 15 mins east but happen to be driving around and just stopped in...canceled the other room and stayed here. New designed rooms was chic, lobby is amazing, Starbucks bevs onsite and restaurants. Keep it up and I will be back!!! One hiccup the lady that greeted me when I first walked in at the Hilton Honors counter needs to show better customer service skills. I always ask to see a room before check in and Iāve been an Honors member for 14yrs. She insisted āwe donāt do that!ā. Not sure what she thought I was attempting to do as I would left my passport or what have you but she was not kind! Short small frame woman with glasses and dark hair. I purposely avoided her the remainder of my stay. Once she verified with a mgr (Jasonš„°) she had someone escort me. Thatās all I wanted...but not friendly. Yeah I remember you you left an impression. Thankfully the rest of the crew made lemonade from lemonsāļø

My husband and I spent a couple days here and were pretty satisfied with it. The room was clean and nice. And the bed was very comfortable!! Location was great as well. They charge a daily fee of $35 for parking but there are plenty of other parking garages close for way less. They have a 24 hour self service spot where you can buy snacks and drinks which was helpful. The elevator was extremely slow and a part of our floor was under construction. Also, the pool water was way too warm. It may be listed on their website as heated but I was not prepared. It was 98 degrees outside and we couldnāt even sit in the pool. The biggest complaint was the service. I asked one of the front desk gentlemen if we could bring drinks up to the rooftop pool or if there was bar service and he had no idea. His response was āI think you can?ā When we got up to the pool and tried to call to order food and drinks they told me we had to come down and order it from the bar and pick it up from the bar. Which is fine but at the pool area they literally had a phone, next to a menu, and a sign that said use this phone to order food?? They also only have breakfast and dinner hours listed but when I asked if they do lunch too she wasnāt sure and put me on hold to check. It was just a little misleading. Like how do you not know if you serve lunch too? The only awesome service we had was the bartender we had for lunch and drinks. He was knowledgeable and quick to take care of us. Overall 4/5 hotel stay. We would probably come back since the bed was comfy and the room was nice and spacious.

The Queen Anne Urban Bed & Breakfast is number one for a reason. Our two night stay was great even before we arrived. They send you a link to a guide explaining thorough directions/instructions on your code for the inn and your room, parking options, local restaurants, etc. It made it so easy to check-in. We also got a lovely tour from Hannah when we arrived. The place is charming and full of eclectic art. Stevie made delicious breakfast and was super friendly. I did not expect mushroom & goat cheese toast. Yum. The back garden was adorable. We were in the Fountain room, which was huge and overlooked the park. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a massive jacuzzi tub/shower and two sinks. Not to worry, there was a footstool for us shorter people to get into the tub. Note, there is a step to get up to the toilet. I also liked our desk area and comfy armchair. The location was great for exploring Denver. About a 20 minute walk to RiNo or Union Station. I would highly recommend Queen Anne to others traveling to Denver. It was a great way to close out our first trip to Colorado.

The hotel was nice for what we paid for. Most of the staff members were also very friendly. The support staff was especially nice and always happy. However there was one person at the front desk who was exceptionally rude to me on one occasion. I had called to request tissue paper and towels and spoke to a lady. She indicated they would bring it up to us (usually we had to go down to retrieve. Never did this before at other hotels.). Thirty minutes later we were still waiting on the items. I called again and a guy answered. He told me to be patient and housekeeping just arrived and will bring it. Before I could respond to ask if I can just come for it instead HE HUNG UP ON ME. I had to call back and ask that question. I thought it was so rude for him to tell me to be patient AFTER 30 MINUTES and hang up on me. I didnāt get his name but I remember he wore a nice yellow blazer one day during the trip.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Beautiful lobby. Nice rooms. I didnāt notice the traffic on the street below but some of our traveling companions noted that the noise kept them awake.

GGuest UserNice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read āif you need anything, let us knowā. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said āI can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we haveā. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, āwe don't have those but you can come down for breakfastā. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

BBrandi from TexasWe waited at the airport for a couple hours before getting a Lyft because the hotel shuttle is not marked Ramada. We called the bottle multiple times- no answer. Called the corporate office only to receive assistance the 3rd time that the shuttle we had seen 2-3 times was for Ramada. I think it said Western something, black van.
We in flights all day and finally got to the hotel. No one was at the front desk. A young lady comes from the back once we walked in. She said they had been busy all day when I inquired about no one answering the phone. I didnāt believe it. We got to the roomā¦ There was hair and other things (unknown) when the blanket was pulled back on one of the beds. Asked for new bedding, didnāt receive everything. Only sheets, no blanket and I didnāt feel like dealing with her again. The room was clean and breakfast was good- service was lacking and as well as cleanliness.

(They had said to call from the car hire drop off as we left the car the night before we flew, but we got right on the shuttle bus, had we done that it would probably have been waiting for us). Nice staff, ok room and walkable to some eating options. Shuttle runs 24 hours to airport and was reliable for timing. Decent price for airport convenience

GGuest UserWe did not stay here (I gave the rating a five star just based on service). However, I spoke to Corey at the front desk at 3:00 a.m. from out of state and he was beyond helpful. My daughter is traveling across country and we had no idea where to stay. He worked with me to pull up maps, discuss which Marriott properties might be best for her truck and trailer, etc. He was honest and said their property was too far off her destination but he gave me options and was knowledgeable about the various area(s). Most importantly, he was patient with me and just tremendous.

AAnonymous UserWe arrived at the hotel around 1800 and we were greeted by noel. Unfortunately we were unable to stay at the property since they were having some activity. Noel explained everything whats going on at the hotel thats why we were relocated to another property which was the Best Western Premier and it was just across Comfort Inn. We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the new property. Tnx to Noel at the Comfort Inn for assisting us relocate to a new property.

Rramses miselPrice is great, facilities are clean and Staff is incredibly friendly. I stayed in 3 hotels during my stay in Denver because I wanted to be close to different locations, and definitely by Far this one was the best. Breakfast is very complete and nutritive, and it's very close to the airport, hotel also features a shuttle that takes you and brings you from the Airport.
