Hostess was very nice. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was very basic. I had to share a bathroom with another guest. Parking is very limited.

Definitely worth a repeat visit.
I rarely leave a review but this was my 1st time staying in a bread & breakfast. The hosts were warm, welcoming and accommodating. It felt like I was meeting old friends/family. Also, the location was a block away from all the stores, restaurants and night life. They have 2 beautiful dogs that were so sweet. The breakfast was top tier.

Doc and Judith were so welcoming and made my stay comfortable, loved my room with the balcony, friendly pups and great breakfast! Recommend for anyone who wants to explore Denver and have a nice place to stay.

The warmth and friendliness of the hosts was so refreshing after coming from a traditional hotel. The historic home is beautiful and the accommodations comfortable and quaint. I enjoyed feeling like a guest in someone's artistic home. And the homemade granola and host company was a treat.
