Enjoyed a weekend get away with my daughter who lives in Denver. We picked this place due to great location to our favorite places in LoHi. So many places within a walkable distance. The entryway landscaping was overgrown with lots of weeds that need attention. We stayed in Room 307. As mentioned in another review, there is no elevator so be prepared to haul all your belongings up the steps. Also, parking is available on the surrounding neighborhood and can be tricky to find a spot close by. Navigating the room’s a/c system was difficult to turn on and off via the remote as the buttons were unresponsive. The room was clean with enough room for the two of us. The kitchen seemed very well stock with cooking essentials and the coffee pot was/provided coffee packs were appreciated.

Upon arrival I was unable to enter the front door, where upon I contacted headquarters for the passcode. Then at the assigned room I was unable to key enter and needed to call again. I was informed that the company had been transferred to Marriott and there were complications with the computer system. I was given help who used his computer to override the system. When I left the room I made a quick return but was unable to get in the front door. Two others arrived by Uber and neither were able to enter, so again I called headquarters, quite frustrated at this point, and they gave me the combination for the lock-box. I continued to use the key for the reminder of the visit. Otherwise the room was comfortable.

Great stay The location is excellent, within walking distance to downtown via a scenic riverside path—perfect for a relaxing stroll. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, with clear instructions for all the property’s features. When assistance was needed, it was provided promptly. Although the suite’s entrance code initially didn’t work, the issue was quickly resolved via chat. The neighborhood is quiet and undergoing updates with modern townhouse developments featuring clean, contemporary architecture. The suite is fully equipped like an apartment and offers convenient access to a terrace with a beautiful view of the city skyline.

Beside the fact that we waited a while since we didn’t receive the email with the check in instruction all went well. Just the TV wasn’t working and there aren’t supermarkets in the area. So if you need essentials you must go downtown to the Whole Foods there.

Location was good. Found window unlocked upon arrival; thin walls... could hear doors closing throughout the day/night and plumbing noises (?) I'm guessing

Overall decent experience here. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. It felt secure with the front door building code, as well as a separate room code. It could do with some repairs though. The toilet paper holder and an attachment to hold the shampoo in the shower both came off the walls the first day we got there. The toaster doesn't work very well either. I was also mislead about the rooftop patio, the pictures look very different online compared to the real thing. They also don't seem to make it known that there is no on-site parking until after you check in. We had to rely on neighborhood street parking and it was not always easy to find a spot close by. Would consider staying here again in the future, just hoping for improvements.
