Airport shuttle waiting place is confusing. When you come out from the baggage collection look for gate 502. There is a sign written hotel shuttle. Breakfast is good with omellete eggs

This is a very clean hotel. We greeted with a smile by several employees. While we didn’t use any of the amenities, they looked nice and well kept. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location is great and safe. I will stay here if I need to be close to the airport.

This was one of the few hotels in the area with a 24 hour airport shuttle. It was easy to get to the shuttle and quick to the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was adequate given COVID restricted a lot of the options to pre-packaged foods.

The room is a little far from Denver Airport. The hotel has a free airport shuttle every 30 minutes (but it may not be on time), and the ride takes about 15 minutes. The room is very good, except that the window cannot be opened. The overall decoration of the hotel is also very good

The flight was cancelled, so I booked a hotel on the spur of the moment. There was an airport shuttle bus, so it was very convenient to stay here while catching a flight.

Clean room, comfy beds. Breakfast needs improvements-they were out of spoons by 7:45 and the hard boiled eggs had a funky flavor and were undercooked.

Bed was comfortable, pillows were amazing, room was clean, shower (water pressure) was perfect, and staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside to staying here is that it's used by people going to and coming from DIA so be prepared to have doors in the hallway opening and closing at all hours of the night.

I have stayed in this property multiple times and I like it a lot. Customer service is amazing and the shuttle service to the airport is great. Facility is well maintained and amenities are great.

Stayed overnight after a long layover couldn’t been more grateful for free shuttle rides too and from Airport

The staff was so helpful and was absolutely wonderful. Our flight plans changed and as we need a room for the night. We were given an early check-in and a late check out without any fees or hassle.

Decided that with an extended overnight layover that I would try to book a hotel for myself and my 4 year old to sleep for a few hours before an early flight. After waiting for over 40 minutes for the shuttle from the airport, I finally arrived at the hotel with my 4 year old sleeping at 11:00pm. However, once we arrived, there was no one manning the hotel. A huge group lined up after me and over 30 minutes goes by with a sign “sorry we stepped away for the moment and will be back shortly”. People began looking for someone that was working behind the desk in the office… no one. Finally a young man walked in from outside apologizing that he was late and that he had told her coworkers he was running behind. The other employee decided that wasn’t their problem and left for home. Crazy town. Then they had already booked their shuttles for the early morning and I had to pay an additional $40 for a Uber. Complete waste of my money all around.

Love the facility. Incredibly clean and thoughtfully appointed. However, our sleep was interrupted by a noisy party that woke all of us up at 1:30 am and ceaselessly played loud music until almost 4:00 am, when we woke to catch a flight. If it’s slow in the evening, the on duty manager should take periodic day strolls through the building to assure quiet for the guests.
