We stayed in this hotel for one night while in Denver. Pretty good location which allows you to walk to most places in downtown. Obviously there was no bottled water in the room. Rooms are somewhat clean but could use more attention. For location, I would stay here again.
Vallet is only way to park here (for $56). We refused and instead parked our car in near by underground parking garage for $15 (at Independence Plaza building). I really don't want to have another person drive my car. Don't bother parking for $50 at outdoor parking lots right next to hotel.
Lastly on our checkout, woman at front desk refused to provide me the receipt for my stay. She either need more training or have the will to ask someone for help. We end up leaving without getting out hotel receipt. This is first time I was told "we don't provide receipt for third party bookings".

Good Hotel within Downtown. Near some of the tourist attraction. Will book again whenever I'll be around.

The transportation is convenient. You can take the Free Mall Ride or other buses nearby to Union Station and then take it to the airport.
There are free drinks in the lobby and many breakfast options.
The bed in the room I stayed in was relatively soft and the air conditioner was a bit loud.
I originally booked a room with a bathtub, but the front desk said it was not available.
It is worth mentioning that when traveling in Denver, don’t miss NBA games (the hotel is about a 5-minute drive from the Ball Arena. Do not bring handbags larger than 4 inches x 6 inches x 1.5 inches. Backpacks are not allowed). You must also visit Red Rock and Amphitheater.

The location is very good, close to Union Station, there is a free mall ride bus stop, and there are big blue bears and some famous restaurants nearby.
The room is quite large, clean, and the bed is soft. There is a big window but it cannot be opened. When I checked in, I found that the toilet seat had fallen off. I had to change rooms to a lower floor. The bed easily hit my legs. The service attitude was also very average.
