All was very good. The staff is very friendly, they were always very attentive to help us. The hotel is beautiful.

Really clean hotel and friendly staff!! It was near downtown and it was a 10-minute walk to the convention center, so it was really nice!! I really liked the facilities such as the microwave and sink, and the breakfast in the morning was also good!!

The room is stylish, there is a parking space opposite, 8 $12 hours

Staff were very helpful. The room was small and the plug ins and TV did not work. It seemed that I could hear other in the halls and rooms more than in other hotels. Overall very clean though and nice rooms for a quick stay in a convenient location to downtown Denver.

The walls are paper thin. You can hear every word of a persons conversation. The motion sensor lights are annoying. The manager is incredibly rude. They have no parking to go check into the hotel. The overall experience was horrible.

Love the property and the room. Bright and welcoming. The kitchenette was a great add in the rooms. Will stay again if ever in Denver!

Friendly staff. They had a room available so I was able to check in early which was so amazing. Breakfast was good too. Also nice that check out was noon.

Each time that we visit Element is our choice of hotel to stay. We feel very comfortable w accommodations, and the breakfast. Nice walk to Union Station and an Uber ride to Cherry Creek.

The breakfast was hot and fresh and amazing. The parking garage was very hard to get into and out of. The room was clean but they were stingy with the towels. It’s downtown so there is no view.

No hot water to make tea (no need to request it at the reception). When the rooms are cleaned, all the missing products should be provided (coffee, cream, dish detergent, etc.).
