Noisiness caused disrupted sleep. Shuttle was over 15 minutes late. Not good this time. Service overall far from impressive.

Breakfast was total disaster. Even 1 hour before it was closed. Breakfast is only till 9:30. Only few pieces of white bread, scrambled eggs and thats it!!! Waffle butter machine kept breaking. Yayk!!!

This hotel excels in an often overlooked area: Van shuttle to/from the airport. The drivers, James and Pete, are personable and do a great job.
The hotel also has GPS tracking for the shuttle. They simply text you a link and you can watch your shuttle in real time (just like Uber) with an estimated ETA. That's really helpful, particularly when it's bitter cold outside.

Clean and. I seen room. Quiet location not far from the airport. The shuttle runs every 30 mins and it’s about 15 mins to the airport drop off / pick up point.
I arrived with around 6 other couples and there were 2 receptionists checking us in so I got my key pretty quickly.

Overall a great option near DIA. Clean, easy, and a good value. I would want them to improve their offerings at breakfast, but otherwise, a great stay!

We got to the hotel to check in and as we were checking in I asked to get on the 5:30am shuttle service to the airport. The Female at the desk very rudely said the shuttle is full and not accepting anymore people. I explained we had requested this when we purchased the room to put us on the 5:30am shuttle. I explained this was why we booked this hotel. She once again rudely commented that we do not except pre scheduled shuttle rides. I explained we did not need the room as they were not providing the services we had purchased with their hotel. She said nothing I can do to help. Basically no help at all on why we could do after a 8 hour drive to stay at their hotel. Very disappointing way to start a 2 week vacation.
